SURF & STREAM CAMPGROUND CAMPGROUND RULES 1) Our rates are based on a family of four (meaning parents and dependent children only). Names are not interchangeable. There is only one (1) camping unit allowed per site. 2) The cost for additional children is $115.00 per child per season. The cost for additional family members over the age of eighteen (18) is $200.00 per person per season. All family members are to be listed on the site. There is no charge for children three (3) years of age or under. 3) No minor children (under the age of 18) are permitted to stay in the campground alone. All minor children must be accompanied by a parent. 4) Check out time is 12:00 noon. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check in or late checkout may be requested, and if available, a charge of one half day will be assessed. 5) Seasonal campers are responsible for family members and guests. Quiet hours are between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 6) Visitors must pay a guest fee and receive a guest pass in the office before proceeding to the site. All quest fees must be pre-paid before 10:00 p.m. Campers are responsible for their guests. Unregistered guests will cause a seasonal contract to be terminated immediately without refund, and said seasonal trailer will be removed from the campground immediately. We will strictly enforce this rule. If you allow other family members or friends to use your trailer, without you being present, we will assess you the daily rate for each day they are on-site. Rental of your trailer is not allowed. There is to be a maximum of six (6) seasonal campers and guests staying overnight. 7) Two car passes are issued per site. There is no charge for the first car and a $35.00 charge for the second per season. If space permits, additional passes may be purchased for $90 per season. Car passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If space permits, a maximum of Page 1

two (2) cars nay be parked at each site. Additional permitted cars must park in designated parking areas only. Positively no parking on the streets at any time. 8) No unlicensed or uninsured vehicles, including motorcycles and mopeds are permitted in the campground. 9) All requests for construction must be presented in writing to the ownership of Surf & Stream campground for review. If approved, all construction on the premises will be performed by Surf & Stream personnel or by Surf & Stream approved contractors only! Any construction on the premises without written approval from the ownership of Surf & Stream Campground will be taken down by Surf & Stream personnel at the expense of the violating camper. 10) There is positively no defacing of trees, including driving nails, screws, etc. There is no cutting of trees or removing of wood. Firewood is for sale at the store. 11) Any landscaping or planting must be approved by the ownership of Surf & Stream campground and all approved landscaping will be performed by Surf & Stream personnel or by Surf & Stream approved contractors only! 12) All sites must be kept clean, free of trash and orderly by management standards. Leaves should be bagged and brush tied and stacked neatly at the front of your site to be packed up by the campground maintenance crew. At the start of each season all leaves will be picked up by the campground maintenance crew. Do not put leaves or brush in dumpsters. 13) Garbage must be placed in dumpsters or designated areas throughout the campground. 14) All trailers must have a sewer ring as required by the Board of Health. All campers are expected to dispose of sewage in a proper manner. Sewer lines are easily clogged, so please not use the disposal for anything other than toilet tissue. Page 2

15) There will be no on-site sale or transfer of any trailer without prior Surf & Stream management approval. No For Sale or advertising signs are allowed on trailers or on-site. 16) You cannot conduct a business and/or sell anything, which includes new or used items, cars, trailers, sheds, boats, etc. on the campground. 17) It is the responsibility of each trailer owner to have his or her own insurance coverage for property damage and liability. Surf & Stream campground is not responsible for loss of any kind. 18) A $750.00 deposit is required for all trailers more than seven (7) years old at time of check-in. If you abandon your trailer on-site or refuse to pay any fees or charges incurred when due, Surf & Stream campground will retain your deposit and apply it to said overdue charges and to the cost of removing your trailer from the campground. 19) A $250.00 electric deposit is required for all seasonal campers. At the end of the season your electric deposit will be returned to you less any unpaid bills and/or expenses. 20) Washers, dryers dishwashers and clothes lines are not permitted on site. 21) No tarps are allowed for covering camping units. 22) Bathing is prohibited in any part of the stream. Please comply with the pool rules. 23) Pets must be leashed at all times, whether the animal is on your site or elsewhere in the campground. Tying up your pet outside for any reason is prohibited. Pets are absolutely never to be left unattended. No fences or outside enclosures are allowed for pets. Noisy and/or unruly pets or those that cause complaints will not be allowed to remain on the campground. Campers are expected to clean up after their pets. 24) Intoxication or indecent language will not be tolerated. Page 3

25) The campground speed limit is 5 miles per hour, no exceptions. 26) Mini bikes, dirt bikes, quads, ATVs or other motorized equipment may not be ridden in campground. Bicycles may be ridden prior to dusk. 27) The repair and maintenance of vehicles is not permitted on any campsite or within the campground. 28) The playground and golf course are unattended. Therefore, parents should supervise their children when on the playground and golf course. The playground is closed at dusk. 29) Seasonal campers may not maintain an address at campground. 30) All sites and trailers must be cleaned by April 15th or management may have site and trailer cleaned by the campground maintenance crew and assess a $200.00 cleanup fee against the campers account. 31) No guns, rifles, pistols, knives or other weapons allowed on the campground. 32) Surf & Stream management has the right to enter your camping unit in an emergency. 33) Surf & Stream campground reserves the right to evict anyone without prior notice, who, in the judgment of the management, creates a disturbance, nuisance, or otherwise breaks any of the above rules. Forfeiture of all camping fees will be made in the event of such an eviction. 34) Surf and Stream campground reserves the right, upon request, and at its sole discretion, to move campers to different site locations if deemed necessary by management. 35) If site fees are not current, management reserves the right to move the camper to a storage facility at a cost of $50.00 per day. 36) Occupancy of any camp site or camp sites in a campground may be permitted from January 1 to December 31; provided, however, that in no event shall the same person or persons occupy or be permitted to occupy the same or other camp sites within the campgrounds for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days within a thirty day period between November 1 and April 1. 37) The Surf and Stream Campground is for recreational purposes only and cannot be used as a domicile for any occupants. It is a violation of the law to use the campground as a domicile. All occupants must have a separate permanent domicile that shall be listed below. Any violation of this provision shall cause for immediate eviction without refund. Page 5
