He went to the bank and closed the account immediately. He not out any money yet and is working with his bank to file the fraud reports. Refer To Incident: 16-114-OF 16-2806 1539 Phone - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: NORTHGATE PLAZA PARKING LOT - 225 CONCORD ST Narrative: Received a report that a truck backed into a parked car in the plaza, no injury. John Ferreira, 55, of Westford MA backed his 2004 Ford F250 into a 2000 Honda Accord owned by Maddison Ingalls, 21, of Greenfield. One vehicle was scratched, and the parties had exchanged information. Non reportable. 16-2807 1606 Radio - MV ACCIDENT/INJURIES INVESTIGATED Location/Address: SHAW'S PARKING LOT - 135 DUBLIN RD Narrative: John Lewis, 71, of Dublin was backing his 2013 Honda Civic out of a parking space when Jennifer Larain, 21, of Peterborough was also backing her 2015 Jeep Cherokee out of a parking space. The center rear portion of the Honda hit the left front door of the Jeep, causing significant damage to the Jeep and very minor damage to the Honda. Lewis was not injured. Larain said she had lower back pain but did not want any medical attention. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Refer To Accident: 16-68-AC 16-2810 2029 Radio - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM INVESTIGATED Location/Address: RT 101 E, WEST OF CONDY RD - WILTON RD Narrative: Heather Burt, 36, of Jaffrey was eastbound on Rt 101 west of Condy Rd when she drove her 2006 Hyundai Elantra into the guardrail. The impact bent the guardrail and dislodged several wooden posts. There was extensive damage to the right side of her car which was towed away. Burt was not injured but was arrested for DWI by Officer Martin. Refer To Accident: 16-69-AC 16-2812 2110 Initiated - ARREST/CRIMINAL ARREST(S) MADE Location/Address: RT 101 E X PETERIDGE - WILTON RD Narrative: Following a motor vehicle accident, Heather Burt, 36, of Jaffrey was arrested for DWI. She was processed and released on $1,500 PR bail with a court date of 5/23/16. She did not have a description of the vehicle and told dispatch it was gone. Ofc Kolb checked Stone Ridge and Old Greenfield but could not find the vehicle. Location/Address: RT 202 N X RT 136 - HANCOCK RD Narrative: Terence McElhatton, 24, of Dix Hills NY pulled out from at the stop sign on Rt 136 in a 2007 Toyota Camry and was hit by a 2015 Dodge Caravan driven by Andrew Wallenstein, 69, of Jaffrey that was northbound on Rt 202. The Dodge had damage to the driver's side front corner, and the Toyota had damage to the driver's side rear corner. The Toyota failed to yield right of way after a stop sign. Refer To Accident: 16-70-AC 16-2816 0928 911-911 CALL/UNKNOWN REASON CLEAR Location/Address: TAYLOR CT Narrative: 911 received a call from a resident who reported someone broke into his house overnight and did something to his phone. Found the elderly resident was confused and stood by until a family member arrived. 16-2819 1130 Phone - PROPERTY LOST REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: VINE ST Narrative: A resident reported his beagle had been missing for about 2 hours. His neighbor found the dog and returned it to him. 16-2824 1324 Walk-In - COMPUTER RELATED OFFENSE REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: CONVAL HIGH SCHOOL - 184 HANCOCK RD ID: Sergeant Michael D Chapdelaine Narrative: Bennington PD reported an ongoing investigation involving a student using a school computer in connection with an assault case. There are potential charges for assault, solicitation and possible child pornography. Refer To Incident: 16-115-OF 16-2826 1349 Phone - THEFT REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: MONADNOCK COMMUNITY HOSPITAL - 452 OLD STREET RD Narrative: A resident reported her wallet was stolen out of her car at the Bond Wellness Center this morning. Made an appointment for the report to be taken tomorrow around 0900. 16-2827 1407 Phone - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: RT 202 N X BELLETETE'S - CONCORD ST Narrative: Alexander Divoll, 27, of Nashua was southbound on Concord St on a 2015 Harley Davidson FXDB103 when the vehicle in front of him began turning into Belletete's. Divoll went around the turning vehicle while Steven Lord, 64, of Peterborough pulled out of Belletete's parking lot in a 2008 Ford Explorer, making a left turn. When the operators saw each other, they stopped. The motorcycle skidded and fell onto the left side causing scrapes, a broken foot peg, a broken turn signal and bent handle bars. The two vehicles did not make contact with each other. Divoll had a scrape on his knee. The Ford was driven away and the motorcycle was towed. Refer To Accident: 16-71-AC 16-2828 1416 Initiated - THEFT REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: SHAW'S - 135 DUBLIN RD ID: Sergeant Michael D Chapdelaine Narrative: Shaw's loss prevention reported a theft just occurred. The suspects left in a maroon sedan, unknown direction of travel. Chief Guinard located a Shaw's hand basket along 101. Case opened. Refer To Incident: 16-116-OF 16-2829 1430 Phone - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: X 12 - GRANITE ST Narrative: George Achille, 59, of Peterborough was stopped in the southbound lane on Granite Street in a 2010 Ford F550 waiting for a vehicle in front of him to turn. At that time, Dylan Boutwell, 17, of Greenfield, was driving behind Achille in a 1998 Chevrolet 1500 and rear-ended Achille. Boutwell s truck was then rear-ended by Tyler LeBlanc, 17, of Greenfield who was driving a 1998 Chevrolet 2500. The Ford was driven from the scene with minor damage to the trailer hitch. LeBlanc s

truck sustained heavy damage to the front end and Boutwell s truck sustained heavy damage to the front and rear. Both trucks were towed away. There were no injuries. Refer To Accident: 16-72-AC 16-2831 1557 911 - CHECK THE WELFARE GONE ON ARRIVAL Location/Address: PETERBOROUGH PLAZA - 19 WILTON RD Narrative: A motorist reported there was a St Bernard in a truck in the plaza, and she was concerned because it's so hot out. Ofc Kolb checked the lot and found both the vehicle and dog were gone. 16-2837 1935 Initiated - MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT COULD NOT LOCATE Location/Address: RT 202 S X NHBB - JAFFREY RD Narrative: Received a report of a vehicle that was tailgating, yelling and swearing at him. Officers checked the area with negative contact. 16-2838 2010 Initiated - DRUG RELATED REPORT TAKEN Location/Address: SUMMER ST Narrative: A resident reported a neighbor had been smoking marijuana and the odor is making its way into his son s room. Upon arrival, there was no detectable odor. Suggested that they make their landlord aware of the issue. Another resident was found in possession of a marijuana pipe with burnt residue in his pocket. He admitted to smoking outside his room, but denied smoking in the building. He was reminded of NH Drug Laws and consequences, and the pipe was seized.
