Community Based Organisa9ons (CBOs) CBOs are non-profit groups that work at a local level to improve life for residents in a specific area. CBO's focus on many kinds of work: helping marginalized groups, protecting the environment, revitalizing the community, reducing crime and social problems, etc. the general focus of CBOs is to create equality across society, in all situations.
