Tourism Authority (Tourist Enterprise Licence Fees) Regulations 2007 GN 62/2007 THE TOURISM AUTHORITY ACT 2006 Regulations made by the Minister under section 129 of the Tourism Authority Act 2006 1. These regulations may be cited as the Tourism Authority (Tourist Enterprise Licence Fees) Regulations 2007. 2. In these regulations - "Act" means the Tourism Authority Act 2006; "licence" means the tourist enterprise licence issued under section 26 of the Act. 3. For the purpose of section 26(3) of the Act - (a) the fee for an application for a licence shall be as specified in item 1 of the First Schedule; (b) the fee for an application for the renewal of a licence shall be as specified in item 2 of the First Schedule; (c) the fee for an application for the variation of the terms of a licence shall be as specified in item 3 of the First Schedule. 4. For the purpose of section 26(5) of the Act, the fee for the issue of a letter of intent shall be as specified in item 4 of the First Schedule. 5. For the purpose of section 26(6) and (7) of the Act, the appropriate fee shall be as specified in the Second Schedule. 6. For the purpose of section 121 of the Act, the fee for the issue of a duplicate licence shall be as specified in item 5 of the First Schedule. 7. The Tourism (Issue of Tourist Enterprise Licence) Regulations 2005 are revoked. 8. These regulations shall come into operation on 1st May, 2007.
