Why Hydrodransport? Warnings of climate change and the need for environmentally responsible, cost-effective and efficient methods of product transportation have placed great demands on industry. Many businesses have met the challenge by utilising more hydrotransport handling of solid/liquid mixtures in pipelines, open channels, long distance pipelines and in-plant transference. This most basic of techniques combines a number of handling advantages with minimum maintenance and low environmental impact. Notes for Exhibitors: 1. The cost of exhibiting is 1395.00 and includes: a. 1 full delegate registration b. 5 minute commercial presentation to conference delegates, (optional) c. A list of delegate details post event d. Attendance at all technical sessions e. Printed conference proceedings and proceedings on a memory stick f. Attendance to the social receptions and gala dinner 2. Exhibitors are responsible for organising, transporting, assembling and dismantling their own exhibition stand. 3. The exhibition space measures approximately 2.15 metres square. A table and two chairs are supplied with each space. The table measures approximately 1.80 x 0.71 metres. The table and chairs can be removed if you are bringing along your modular exhibition system. 4. The organisers do not provide modular or shell systems. Exhibitors must organise their own exhibition boards and panels upon which to display their material. 5. Exhibitors may set up their stands in Friedhoff Hall 2 from 07.00hrs on the morning of Wednesday 24th September 2014. 6. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable substances into the venue. 7. The Exhibition will be open to delegates in accordance with the Programme, all refreshment breaks will be networking opportunities with the exhibitors. 8. Power supply to your stand can be arranged, please advise the organisers of your requirements. 9. There are no free car parking spaces on campus, although there are no signs prohibiting parking. Failure to display a parking ticket in your car will result in a fine, so ensure you have purchased a ticket from the meter.
