DRESS CODE: The dress code for all military personnel during the entirety of the event will be working uniform. On the 2 nd ( afternoon) of August 2018, an outdoor site visit for city tour is planned. It is recommended that all participants be prepared to be outside, and bring an umbrella, hat, sunscreen, and wear clothing that is breathable in the hot sun. Temperatures could be 35 C or warmer, and rain is possible.

3. CLIMATE: The average climate in Samut Songkhram for the month of July and August is around 34 degree celcius or higher and some rain. 4. TRANSPORTATION: a) Arrival Upon arrival to Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), http://suvarnabhumiairport.com/en, you will conduct six steps to exit the airport. Step 1: Disembark the aircraft and follow signs leading to Passport Control and the Baggage Hall.

Step 2: Present your passport and arrival card at the immigration counter. Step 3: Retrieve your baggage in the baggage hall. You can verify the baggage carousel number of your flight on the Baggage Claim Flight Board. Step 4: After you have your baggage, proceed through the Customs inspection. If you have nothing to declare, use the exit stating Nothing to Declare (the green exit).

Step 5: Proceed through the Customs inspection and into the Arrivals Hall, which is on the 2nd level. Step 6: The host will provide Thai Liaison Officer (LO) and local transportation to transfer to the venue. b) Departure The host will arrange the departure of you by provide the LO to take care of you until you go on board and provide local transportation from the hotel to airport. Please feel free to inform our LO about your travel information. Upon arrival at Suvarnbhumi Airport,Passengers will conduct four steps: 5. REGISTRATION TABLE: Participants are to register at the meeting desk when you arrive the hotel. The staff will give your security pass are to be worn while in attendance at all events. 6. PERSONAL EQUIPMENT: Thailand electricity is 220 volts. There is unfortunately no specific standard for plugs and outlets. The most common plug type is the two flat pronged North American type but round prongs are also seen. Note that most new buildings have grounded outlets for three-pronged cords. We strongly suggest you bring an adaptor for your electronics, etc. 7. DIET: Please confirm the meeting staff to know of any dietary requirements that you inform us by the registration form for sure.meals will be provided by host since 30 th until breakfast of the 3 rd August 2018. 8. CULTURAL TOUR: On the afternoon of 2 nd August 2018, a cultural /city tour will be offered. Once there, a walking tour to specific attractions will be encouraged. The total tour time will be approximately 2-3 hours. Participants will be given time to change into more casual clothing for the site visit. Casual dress (Long pants and light shirts or T-shirt) are acceptable.

9. SPECIAL NEEDS: Please advise the organizing staff of any special needs or disabilities. Smoking is allowed in designated areas, but not in the hotel rooms. 11. MEDICAL FACILITIES: Arrangements will be made for medical care by the local military hospital which will be provide first aid service at the secretariat s room during the working hour, The services after working hour will be on call service. Please check an online currency converter to get the most current rate. (http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter). Major credit cards --Visa, MasterCard and American Express -- are accepted at most hotels and restaurants. Department stores and other large shops will also generally accept all cards. However, smaller merchants may not accept any cards, or add on the credit card processing fee (3-5% charged) to the price of items purchased. 12. SECURITY: For security and safety purposes, only those persons registered with the hotel and for the meeting will be allowed entry into the Meeting Room. Please have your ID pass all time when you are at the meeting venue. If participants whoever would like to go outside the hotel, please inform the security staffs of the meeting for your safety.
