District Seven Overview Major Cities Brooksville, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, New Port Richey, St. Petersburg, and Tampa I-27/SR 60 Counties Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas State Highway System Summary Centerline miles - 1,064 Lane miles - 4,267 Fixed bridges - 633 Movable bridges 13 District Seven, with a land area of nearly 3,332 square miles, has 2,884,600 residents in the Tampa Bay area. Drivers in the district travel more than 33.6 million miles daily.

I-275 Widening I-275 widening from east of SR 60 to downtown Tampa (Hillsborough River) Estimated Completion Date: Fall 2016 I-27/SR 60
Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail Hillsborough County portion complete Pinellas County side under construction now I-27/SR 60 This project will complete the nearly 9-mile stretch of the Causeway. Once finished, the Causeway will serve not only as an important corridor for motorists traveling to and from the beach areas, but also as a scenic destination for bicyclists and pedestrians.
Veterans Expressway Construction Doubles capacity with the addition of four new travel lanes, two in each direction Provides ease and convenience of all-electronic toll collection Improves vital link to economic activity areas in Tampa Bay: - Tampa International Airport - Westshore Area - Downtown Tampa I-27/SR 60 The project will introduce the Express Lane concept to the region.
