No refunds for any expenses passengers might incurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation, delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, Force de Major, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies etc. The hotels will be star Category. If there is any cancellation occurred a non refundable deposit of Rs.10,000 will be applicable.the advance payment will be Rs.25,000 per Passengers. Documentation charges for visa purpose will have to be borne by the passengers. Granting of visa is at the sole discretion of the consulate. We will not be responsible for any visa rejection by the consulate. Bio Metrics is a must for the visa and the passengers has to come directly for the same. If any interview is required, passengers have to go to the consulate at their own expenses. (2) Circumstances beyond Our Control: Except where we say differently elsewhere in these conditions, we will not pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if we have to change your Packaged tour after departure, or we, or our suppliers, cannot supply your Package, as we, or they, had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description, as a result of circumstances beyond our control. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we, or the supplier in question, could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather (actual or threatened) and significant building work ongoing outside of your accommodation, which is not known to us in advance of your departure date and building work from a third party (such as resort development). (3) Conditions: A non refundable deposit of Rs. 25, 000/- has to be paid at the time of booking. Balance INR portion payable 30 days prior to visa processing, and the balance foreign exchange payable abroad 45 days prior to departure date. All payments must be completed before the visa processing. Incase of passengers not paying the balance payment on time we will not be able to process the Schengen/Russian visa nor keep the hotel accommodation or cruise ticket as per the group, the consequence of any the passengers are responsible for same. Due to circumstances beyond our control if the tour is not operated on the date booked by you, we shall postpone the tour to the next available departure date but no refund possible, as same is already been paid to airlines, hotels as advance deposit. Documents for the visa: Mainly the passports including the old ones, with required photographs, Savings account Bank statement on a regulated basis for the past 6 months with minimum of Rs.2 lakhs balance shown per person available at the time of submission, 3 years IT Challan and OR Pension papers, Fixed deposit receipts and any other financially viable documents which proves the financial guarantee & the stability of the passengers. Cancellation: For cancellations effected after confirmation of Hotels, air ticket, packaged tour, any refund is subject to the rules and regulations of the concerned airline/hotel/tour operators abroad. All cancellations must be received in writing during the office working hours. Telephone, Whatsapp intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/ticket etc gets cancelled and the amount so far paid if any will also be automatically forfeited as the tickets booked/ purchased and hotels and other arrangements made are non refundable. Also Please be notified that the entry to Europe is fully at the discretion of the emigration authorities, and we the tour operator cannot be held responsible for their action and the consequences there off.
