Treasurer s Report: Wayne presented the treasurers report Secretary's Report: Three emails from Association. Trip Coordinator s Report: Tasmania trip leaving this week CFA trip - meeting at Hoddles Creek CFA Easter - Beachport run by Tam and Matt need to book caravan park. Not enough interest to book caravan park at this time Easter - Big Desert run by Sloans Equipment Officer s Report: All accounted for. Event Coordinator s Report: We've been invited back to do the Wild Dog Challenge in July. Will need to start organising soon. This year we will have a membership drive next to the sausage sizzle. Tam has placed this event on the trip system please put your name down. We need as many people as possible. Tam will be delegating roles as it's too much for one person to do all the organising. Tam to get clarification on other food vendors that will be attending. Equipment Officer s Report: NIL Association Rep s Report: Nil General Business: Gavin has for sale an Engel fridge slide for sale to suit a 60 or 80 litre fridge 80 series cargo barrier and aluminium drawers and water tank. Keith - Spoke about 4WD specific insurance. trailer has a bent axle. Working bee to fix the trailer will be put in the trip system. Discussion held on axle, hub and tyres.
