INTRODUCTION Welcome to User Guide Vietjet Flight View. The User Guide Vietjet Flight View is a technical communication document intends to give assistance to users and to support users to make full use of the information system. This document contains all essential information for the users that includes a description of the system functions and capabilities of operation, and step-by-step procedures for system access and use. Functionalities and features are covered in separate modules of this document. Graphics are illustrated in this document for more details. The document format may be altered if another format is more suitable for the particular project. 7

MODULE LIST The list of modules in this project contains three modules; each may or may not have sub-modules 1. User Management Login Profile Request new password Logout 2. 1. User Management FEATURE DESCRIPTION 1.1.Login - Log in system: 1. Access to Flight View. 2. Fill Username and Password : Username and password are required to be created by administrator before sign-in. 3. Click Login button. - Figure 1: Login screen 9

- If the Username and Password are invalid, the system will display an error message requests user to type in again. Figure 2: Error message screen 1.2.Logout - Sign-in users can sign out of the system after finished all tasks. - On Sidebar menu, click Logout. Figure 3: Sidebar menu - Logout - If a sign-in user stays idle for a period of time (20 minutes), system will automatically sign out for security purposes. 1.3.Request new password - The user can request system to change password in case they forgot password. 10

1. On Login screen, click Request new password. Figure 4: Link to request new password 2. User fills Username and click Submit button. Then, the system will send a verification email with a code to user. Figure 5: Request new password screen 11

3. On Set new password screen, user is required to type all fields as: Username: enter username, default entered username on Request new password screen. Reset code: enter the code user received in email. New password: enter new password. Confirm new password: re-enter new password. Then, click Set button to change password. 1.4.Profile Management 1.4.1. View profile - On Sidebar menu, click Profile Setting. Figure 7: Sidebar menu Profile Setting - User can view information: First name, last name, Email, and Avatar. Figure 8: View Personal info 13

1.4.2. Edit profile info - On sidebar menu, click Profile Setting. Then, click Edit personal info. Figure 9: Edit personal info menu - User can edit their First name, Last name or Avatar. Click Save button to save all changes and to cancel all changes, click Cancel button. Figure 10: Edit personal info screen 14

1.4.3. Change password - On Sidebar menu, click Profile Setting. Then, click Change password. Figure 11: Change password menu - User enters current password, new password and confirm new password. 2. Flight View Dashboard 2.1.Preference Management - User is suggested to update profile on first login to set up their default information displayed on Dashboard. - The configuration is saved as default setting every time user accesses to Flight View, user can also modify for any changes by clicking Setting. 2.1.1. Setup default view preference - On Sidebar menu, click Default Preference Setting. Figure 13: Default Preference Setting menu 16

Figure 14: Preference Setting screen - 1st time sign-in user can setup the default Flight View preference, this step only needs to be completed once. - User can skip the preference setup, which will setup automatically the default preference as: Flight time filter: STD from Beginning of date Search condition: FLT NO Preference field view: only required columns, no optional columns - Default preference setup includes: Flight time filter: View based on departure or arrival flight time: STD : scheduled time departure STA : scheduled time arrival View based on flight time condition: Beginning of the day : flights that has flight time starts from current date Current time : flights which have flight time >= current time. Search by conditions: select one default search by: FLIGHT NO: flight number A/C REGN: aircraft registration number A/C TYPE: aircraft type BAY: airport bay GATE: airport gate Preference field view: setup default dashboard table column view, can select multiple columns: Required columns, which cannot be removed. BAY: airport bay GATE: airport gate PAX DOOR CLS: passenger door closed time TAT: turnaround time AC REGN: aircraft registration number AC TYPE: aircraft type CFM BOOKING: Confirmed booking PAX: Passengers LOADSHEET: flight s loadsheet document availability - User can change preference and click Save button to save all changes. Then, the system switches to the Dashboard screen and displays the information set in the Preference. - To cancel all changes, click Cancel button. 2.2.Flight Schedule View 2.2.1. View the list of scheduled flights - On Sidebar menu, click Dashboard. Figure 15: Dashboard menu 18

Search flights by information - Beside preference, user can search for flights with multiple criteria to perform their tasks. - Search results are not limited to flight time filter preference. - Search results will follow the preference field view. 2.2.3. Filter flights - To filter flights, click Filter icon. Figure 18: Dashboard menu - Filter flights 2.2.3.1. Filter flights by route - Route is default as All. - User can search by DEP (Departure) or ARR (Arrival) airports or both. Search results will display all flights with matching conditions (DEP or ARR). - To filter flights, click Apply button. Figure 19: Dashboard menu Filter flights by route 21

Filter flights by data range - User can choose to search flight by flight time - User need to select: DOF: flight date Flight time by departure or arrival: STD : Scheduled time departure STA : Scheduled time arrival Time : set 'start' and 'end' time for searching - To filter flights, click Apply button Figure 20: Dashboard menu - Filter flights by time 22

2.2.3.3. Filter flights by status - User can select multiple flight statuses to search: Open, Close, Cancel - To filter flights, click Apply button. Filter flight by OP status: - User can select multiple flight statues to search: Early, On time, Delay, None. - To filter flights, click Apply button. 2.2.4. Customize fields view - On the Flight list, click Setting icon. View details of selected flight - User can select a flight from the list to view additional information of selected flight without the need of going into detail view. - Detailed information includes: Flight General Info : FLT NO, Type, Status, DOF Departure Info : DEP, STD, ETD, PAX DOOR CLS, PUSHBACK (ATD), TOUCHDOWN, CHOCK OFF, AIRBORNE Arrival Info : ARR, Divert, STA, ETA, CHECK ON (ATA) Turn Around Time Info : TAT Airport Info : GATE, BAY Checked Pax : CFM Booking, ADULT, VIP, PASSENGERS, CHILDREN, SKYBOSS, INFANT, PREBOOK MEAL Flight Aircraft Info : AC TYPE, AC REGN, NUMBER OF SEATS Fuel : Remaining, Before, Uplift, Sum, Bowser, Station Fueling, Bowser Number, Supplier Dropdown, Bill Number, Block Fuel. Service Recovery : Currency, Total, Meals & Beverage, Goodwill, Accommodation, Refund, Transportation, Refund, Others Supplementary Information : Supplementary Information 3.1.2. Edit Flight details: - To edit flight details, click Edit button. Then user can adjust the flight details and update system. Edit Checked Pax - ADULT : editable - CHILDREN : editable - INFANT : editable - CONFIRMED BOOKING : non-editable, get from core booking - PASSENGERS : non-editable, = ADL + CHD - User can use Get Pax Info to prefill ADL, CHD, and INF from booking engine. 3.1.2.4. Edit Flight Aircraft Info - AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION NO : choose from AC Regn list - AIRCRAFT TYPE : non-editable, based on AC REGN 3.1.2.5. Edit Service Recovery - CURRENCY : choose from currency list - MEALS & BEVERAGE : editable - GOODWILL : editable - ACCOMMODATION : editable - REFUND : editable - TRANSPORTATION : editable - OTHERS : editable - TOTAL : non-editable, = meals & beverage + goodwill + accommodation + refund + transport + others 29

Edit Fuel - REMAINING : remaining fuel before pump, editable - BEFORE : remaining fuel at the time of gas pump, editable - UPLIFT : gas pump based on aircraft measurement, editable - SUM : before + uplift, editable, cannot <0 - BOWSER : gas pump based on bowser measurement, editable - STATION FUELING : editable, only input by airport code - BOWSER NUMBER : registration number of bowser, editable - SUPPLIER : choose from the list of gas supplier - BILL NUMBER : editable, string - BLOCK FUEL : editable, number only 3.1.2.7. Edit Supplementary Information - Supplementary information : editable 3.2.Flight Message 3.2.1. View list Of Flight Message of selected flight - To view Flight messages, user can: Option 1 : On Dashboard screen, click Message. 3.2.3. Print flight message details - To print out the details of message, select message and click Print button. - User can also select multiple messages to print in one time. 3.2.4. 3.3.Passenger List View (SPD) 3.3.1. View NTL, VIP list of passengers in the selected flight - User can view the NTL, VIP list on the selected flight by 2 ways: Option 1 : On Dashboard screen, click SPD. User can view list of special services required passengers for a flight by 2 ways: Option 1 : On Dashboard screen, click SHI. 3.4.Loadsheet 3.4.1. View loadsheet info of selected flight - Pilots input Loadsheet from their special equipment. - User can view the loadsheet of selected flight by 2 ways: Option 1 : On Dashboard screen, click Loadsheet. 4. Report - On Sidebar menu, click Flight reports to view list of reports. Figure 43: Flight reports menu - To view content of report, select a report that matches requirements of the task.
