Step 3: 3 Send selected questions back to keepers & horticulture staff to write out their answers. Step 4: 4 Education edits answers for content (not too scientific and correct grammar), time (maximum length 90 seconds), and organization (beginning, middle and end). Step 5 Step 5: Return revised answers to appropriate staff and hold meeting to go over recording procedures and tips.
