To and from the venue The easiest way to get to Ellivuori Resort from abroad is to fly to Helsinki or Tampere Airport: From Helsinki Airport There are constant trains to Tampere, please find the train terminal from the long corridor between the Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The train to Tampere takes about 2 hours and costs about 30. From Tampere Airport Either take a joint taxi with your colleagues or let us organise a shuttle service for you! There is about 30-40 minutes car drive from the airport to Ellivuori. If you would like the Finnish Village Movement to help you organising a bus transport from Tampere airport to the venue, please contact: Sofia Tuisku at sofia.tuisku@suomenkylat.fi Meals The welcoming dinner on Tuesday 5 th Feb will be offered by the Finnish Village Movement and the dinner on 6 th Feb by the Local LEADER Group Joutsenten Reitti. Lunch costs (14 per day) will be covered by the participants themselves. If you have special dietary requirements please contact: Sofia Tuisku at sofia.tuisku@suomenkylat.fi Costs for the meeting Participation at the event is free of charge (including fieldtrip and coffee breaks that are supported by the Finnish Rural Network). Participants are expected to cover their travel costs to and from the venue, accommodation and lunches. Field visit On Wednesday morning 6 th Feb we will visit the Smart Village of Lantula (http://www.lantula.fi/), about 20 minutes bus drive from the hotel.
