Those wanting to head to the 2019 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, camping is a great way to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the event. For many fans, camping is the only way to experience the thrill of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, held between 10-13 October 2019. Plenty go all out for the weekend, with amazing setups that add to the experience of the year's greatest race. There are Eight Campgrounds available across the event precinct; McPhillamy Campground Reid & Sulman Campground Max Cameron Campground Paddock Campground Chase Campground Enduro Campground Motorhome Park The Orchard Campground Ensure that upon receipt of your tickets and car passes you treat them as cash, ensuring you bring them to the event as tickets and car passes are non-refundable or replaceable. Campgrounds: All campers require General Admission Tickets to the event in addition to their camping passes. McPhillamy Campground There s no better way to head to the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 than travelling up the mountain and setting up camp at the McPhillamy Campground. This is where the legends of Bathurst live. Campers come here year after year to show the true spirit of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. Located on the top of the great mountain, this campground is near Skyline and the mountain s esses. Toilets and Showers available on site. Access campsites at Gate 10 on Barry Gurdon Drive. Reid & Sulman Campground Reid and Sulman Campground is located at the top of the great mountain, in the perfect position to watch the cars ascent the mountain and fly across Skyline. Campers come here year after year to show the true spirit of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. Toilets and Showers available on site. Access campsites at Gate 10 on Barry Gurdon Drive. Max Cameron Campground The Max Cameron Campground is located at the bottom of the track, near Hell s corner. It s close to Merchandise Ally, Food stalls, drink stalls and pit straight. It is a perfect location to be amongst the hustle and bustle, yet still amerce yourself in the Bathurst camping atmosphere. Access to campground is Gate 5 with the best event entry at Gate 6. Toilets and Showers available on site. Paddock Campground Be right in the action, behind the pits in one of the most popular campgrounds, being the Paddock Campground. Easy walking distance to the Support category paddock and Supercars Paddock (to which a Paddock Pass is required to access), this campground provides some great behind the scenes action. Toilets and showers available on site, accessible facilities included. Enter via the track pre- event at Gate 27, but from Thursday 9 th October entry will be through the Orchard Campground, Gate 15A. Chase Campground Located outside the circuit near the Chase, the Chase Campground is perfect for easy camping and close to the action, toilets and showers available on site. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15B with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21.

Enduro Campground The Enduro campground is on the outside of the circuit, at the end of Conrod Straight which is the quickest part of the 6.2km Mount Panorama circuit. You'll be close to all the action, as well as being able to walk across the bridge and down to the Paddock area to see both the Support categories and the Supercars. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15A with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21. Toilets and Showers available on site. The Orchard Campground Located outside the circuit, this campground has had a power re-vamp in 2019, with around 300 of these sites now offering power (10amp single connection per site). This year, the original Orchard areas B, C & D will be combined into areas B (powered) and C (unpowered). The smaller powered sites are approximately 7 x7m with the larger sites being approximately 15x6m, perfect for Motorhomes. There are also approximately 300 NON Powered sites available in this campground. All sites are on Grass. The Orchard is perfect for easy camping with reasonably flat ground, toilets and showers available on site. Campsite entry is available via Gate 15A with the best event entry being via Gate 19 and Gate 21. Motorhome Park For those bringing Motorhomes or Caravans and want to still be in walking distance to the event, the Motorhome Campground is perfect for you. The Motorhome Park is located near the Enduro, The Orchard and The Chase campgrounds and Conrod Straight. The sites are powered and large enough to cater for Motorhome and Caravans with a single 15amp connection per site. You will not be able to access the campground unless you have your parking pass displayed and an event ticket for each person. IS THERE POWER AVAILABLE IN THE CAMPGROUNDS? Yes, the Motorhome Park and The Orchard Campground have power available. The Motorhome Park has a single 15amp connection per site and the Orchard has a single 10amp connection per site. Generators are welcome; however, we ask that you consider other patrons with the use of generators at night. IS THERE POWER AVAILABLE IN THE MOTOR HOME PARK? Yes. All sites in the Motor Home Campground will have access to power outlets, however patrons will need to bring extension leads (at least 20metres suggested). All leads must be tagged and tested, no exceptions. WHAT FACILITIES ARE IN THE CAMPGROUNDS? All campgrounds have access to toilet and shower facilities. There are no cooking facilities provided. WHAT FACILITIES ARE IN THE MOTOR HOME PARK? The Motor Home Park will have toilet and shower facilities and all campsites have access to power, however patrons will need to bring extension leads. There are no cooking facilities provided. The Motor Home Park is not a standard Motor Home Park, there aren't individual taps for each campsite and there are NO waste water disposal facilities. Disposal of any and all caravan or camper waste water is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and must be done so in a safe, hygienic and legal manner. ARE THESE PRICES PER NIGHT? No, prices indicated are for the duration of time that each campground is open. DOES THE COST OF CAMPING INCLUDE MY ENTRY INTO THE EVENT? No, the cost of your campsite does not include admission. Each person MUST also have a valid admission ticket. CAN I ARRIVE AT THE EVENT AND PURCHASE A SITE? No, all sites must be purchased through the Ticketek website https://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=bathcamp19. If you wish to secure a campsite in 2019, it is advised that you book at your earliest convenience after the public sale opens. I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND; CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY SITE? No refunds of campsites will be accepted.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPGROUND? NO GLASS is to be brought into the campgrounds, a small glass jar under 200mls containing vegemite, jams or food preservatives is permitted. Alcohol limits for the 2019 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 campgrounds are as follows per person per day: a) 1x carton of full-strength beer (5% alcohol or less) - 24 cans x 375mls or less, or b) 1x carton of light / mid strength beer (3.5% alcohol or less) - 30 cans x 375mls or less, or c) 1x carton of pre-mixed spirits (6% alcohol or less) 24 cans x 375mls, or d) 1x carton of cider (5% alcohol or less) 24 cans x 375mls, or e) 1x cask of sealed wine (14.5% alcohol or less) totalling 4 litres or less, or f) 2x 375ml plastic bottles of spirits (38 % alcohol or less) - must be the original manufacturer s product with seal unopened, or g) 1x 750ml bottle of spirits (Plastic only) Please NOTE: You can only bring ONE (1) DAY S ALCOHOL SUPPLY AT A TIME. E.g. One carton (complying with alcohol limits) permitted to enter Thursday, One carton (complying with alcohol limits) permitted to enter Friday, One carton (complying with alcohol limits) permitted to enter Saturday and One carton (complying with alcohol limits) permitted to enter Sunday. If you arrive with all four days alcohol supply on or prior to Thursday, all but your single day supply will be confiscated and disposed of. There is no storage facility for excess alcohol so please make yourself aware of these limits prior to attending the event. Please note: Failure to comply with these limits and abuse of gate staff regarding these regulations may result in denied entry or removal from the campgrounds. CAN I BRING GLASS INTO THE CAMPGROUNDS? NO GLASS is to be brought into the campgrounds. A small glass jar under 200mls containing vegemite, jams or food preservatives is permitted. CAN I TAKE ALCOHOL FROM THE CAMPGROUNDS? BYO alcohol is permitted in the campgrounds; however, you cannot take alcohol into licenced areas.

CAN I PARK MY VEHICLE ON MY SITE? Yes, however vehicles must be parked wholly within your site boundaries or they will be towed at your expense. Paddock campgrounds have a one (1) vehicle per site policy which will be enforced. All other campgrounds you are permitted a maximum of two (2) vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the overflow car park at the foot of the Mountain (on Barry Gurdon Drive) or at the main public car parking area off Panorama Ave. CAN I HAVE A FIRE IN MY CAMPSITE AND IF SO WHERE DO I GET FIREWOOD FROM? Yes, Campers are permitted to have a camp fire on their campsite on the following condition: i. ALL campers must contain their fires within a metal barrel or fire drum; Due to the current drought conditions and potential for bush fires, the NSW Police and the NSW Rural Fire Service have requested ALL fires be contained within some form of metal fire pit or drum. If the Fire Danger Rating is classified as Extreme or Catastrophic, NSW Rural Fire Service are at liberty to request all lighting of fires be suspended and all burning fires to be extinguished. In the event, any of the above conditions are not complied with; Supercars will be at liberty to extinguish such camp fires and campers will not be permitted to conduct a camp fire unless the above conditions are met. Further failure to comply with the above conditions may result in further action at the discretion of VASC staff. Firewood can be obtained by the official firewood supplier who will be selling fire wood around the mountain the entire time the campgrounds are open. No wood with nails will be permitted into any campgrounds (no broken pallets). CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD? Yes, only personal amounts of food may be taken into the Event venue. There will also be a range of food and beverage outlets throughout the venue. Campers will be allowed to take their own food into the designated campgrounds provided no food is within glass receptacles except for small jars under 200ml containing Vegemite etc. CAN I BRING MY BBQ INTO THE EVENT VENUE? Only campers with a designated campsite may bring BBQ s into the Event venue and such BBQ s must remain, and can only be used, within the patrons designated campsite. The Promoter takes no responsibilities for loss or damage. Gas bottles are to be used strictly for the BBQ only, provided they are no bigger than 9kg and haven t expired before or during the period of the Event. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? The Event will continue despite of rain, however, No Refunds will be offered if patrons decide to leave. All campers are advised to prepare for the likelihood of rain whilst staying within any campground on Mount Panorama, as it is likely to rain at some stage during their stay.

CAN I BRING IN MY DOG? Animals will NOT be permitted into the campgrounds or circuit, unless the animal is a working guide dog. If patrons do attempt to bring animals into the Event venue, they will be asked to take the animal away. CAN I BRING MY UNREGISTERED VEHICLE INTO THE EVENT VENUE? No, no unregistered vehicles or trailers will be permitted into the Event Venue. ARE THERE ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES IN CAMPGROUNDS? Accessible amenities are located in the permanent amenity blocks in the following campgrounds: Reid and Sulman Campground McPhillamy Campground Paddock Campground CAN I BRING FIREWORKS INTO THE EVENT VENUE? No fireworks or explosives of any kind may be brought into the Event venue. CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL FURNITURE INTO THE EVENT VENUE? Temporary foldout chairs are permitted; however, no couches or lounge chairs are permitted into the Event venue. CAN I RESERVE A VIEWING AREA BY ROPING (OR OTHERWISE) OFF AN AREA TO STOP OTHERS ENTERING THAT AREA? No. Use of rope, bunting, poles temporary fencing, tarpaulin, paint, or any other materials to create segregated or reserve viewing areas is strictly prohibited. Officials will clear all such materials at the end of each day. Any property left unattended by you at the end of each day s racing will be deemed abandoned and forfeited to Supercars Events team without any responsibility for them to account to you for such property. IS A SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE AVAILABLE? There are several shuttle services available. For event specific shuttle bus information, please refer to the Getting There section of the Event website www.supercars.com HOW MUCH FUEL CAN I TAKE IN FOR MY GENERATOR? A 10L drum of fuel for your personal generator is the maximum amount permitted to enter the event precinct per day.

IN PREVIOUS YEARS RETURNING CAMPERS HAD A CHANCE TO PURCHASE MORE SITES AFTER THE RIGHT OF REFUSAL PERIOD FINISHED BUT BEFORE THEY WENT ON SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WILL THIS HAPPEN AGAIN? No, the policy was originally put in place to encourage returning campers to fill the vacant space when the campgrounds didn't fill up. Now that camping is so popular, and sites are in such high demand we feel that this policy was giving the returning campers an unfair advantage and limiting the opportunity for new campers to come along. IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO CHECK IN EXCESS ALCOHOL? No, there will be no check in for excess alcohol. Any alcohol exceeding daily limits will be confiscated and disposed of. TICKET & PARKING PASS DELIVERY: WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY TICKETS AND PARKING PASSES? All tickets and parking passes will be posted out to you unless you have organised to collect these from the Gate 4 Ticket Booth. For any Ticket or booking enquiries please visit https://premier.ticketek.com.au. HOW MANY PARKING PASSES DO I GET FOR EACH SITE? For all campgrounds (excluding the Paddock) you will be sent two (2) vehicle parking passes per site. This is the maximum number of vehicles permitted per campsite. Paddock campgrounds have a one (1) car per site policy which will be enforced, and you will only receive one (1) vehicle parking pass per site. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the overflow car park at the foot of the Mountain (on Barry Gurdon Drive) or at the main public car parking area off Panorama Ave. WHERE CAN I CAMP WITH A MOTOR HOME? You can have a Motor home, caravan or trailer at any of the campgrounds provided it fits within your site boundaries. WHAT IS THE HEIGHT and width OF THE TUNNEL TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PADDOCK CAMPGROUND? The height of the tunnel is 3.1 metres. The width of the tunnel is 3.5 metres. If your vehicle is larger than these measurements, you will need to access the campground via the track outside of racing times. CAN I USE MATERIALS TO CORDON / BLOCK OFF MY CAMPSITE? No materials above 1.2m are permitted to cordon/ block off your campsite.

Campground Rules Capitalised terms have the same meaning as the Conditions of Entry you were deemed to have accepted by purchasing or otherwise receiving an entry Ticket to the Venue for the Event. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read and inform yourself of the Conditions of Entry and of these Rules. These Conditions of Entry may be supplemented by additional conditions displayed at the venue or amended from time to time at www.supercars.com. It is your responsibility to have read the most recent Conditions of Entry. General conduct: Orderly conduct is always expected. Police and Security will enforce eviction from the venue for any disorderly conduct and other misbehaviour at their discretion. No materials over 1.2m high are permitted to cordon off your campsite. No Flag poles or set up equipment are permitted to be over 4m high in any campground. You are not permitted to build toilets on your campsites it is only permitted to hire port-a-loos from reputable suppliers. Access to the Campgrounds: V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd (SCA) reserves the right to refuse entry to the Campgrounds to any person it deems unfit or inappropriate in its absolute discretion. Patrons must present a parking pass and an Event Ticket for each person to obtain entry into the Campgrounds. Vehicles: If your vehicle and/or accommodation facilities exceed the campsite size, you are required to purchase an additional site. A tow away service will be in operation for any vehicles that are not parked completely within their allocated campsite. Vehicles may only be used for entering and exiting the campgrounds via their main gates. Unregistered or un-roadworthy vehicles will not be admitted into any campground. On the advice of the NSW Police Service, any unregistered motorised wheeled device (excluding those used by disabled persons) will not be admitted into the event or the venue. Limited Use Permit and Agricultural registered vehicles will not be admitted into the Event or the Venue. Use of vehicles within the Campgrounds on undesignated roads or for unlawful or potentially dangerous practices is strictly forbidden. All vehicles will be subject to a comprehensive search by the NSW Police and Security for contraband items including weapons, excessive amounts of alcohol, illicit drugs, fireworks and other articles referred to in the Conditions of Entry and Campground Rules. All roads are subject to local, state and federal motor legislation. Motorists are expected to obey these rules at all times. Paddock campgrounds have a one (1) vehicle per site policy which will be enforced. All other campgrounds you are permitted a maximum of two (2) vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the overflow car park at the foot of the Mountain (on Barry Gurdon Drive) or at the main public car parking area off Panorama Ave.

Identification: Event Tickets and vehicle stickers provided for your relevant Campgrounds must be clearly visible at all times. If you do not have the correct vehicle accreditation or Ticket, no vehicle access will be permitted to the Campgrounds without the express written permission of SCA. All instructions and directions relating to any terms and conditions and/or campground rules, whether communicated by SCA, Security and/or Police, Officials, Volunteers and Authorised Persons must be strictly adhered to at all times. This includes anything that has been considered unacceptable, unsafe or reduces the comfort of the Venue or the Event experience generally for other patrons. Prohibited Items The following items must not be brought into the Venue under any circumstances: (i) illegal substances, fireworks, explosives or weapons of any nature; (ii) couches or lounge chairs; (iii) animals (excluding working Guide Dogs); (iv) platforms, structures or materials to be used to erect platforms or other viewing platforms; (v) anything that SCA reasonably considers will obstruct the view or jeopardise the safety, comfort or experience of other patrons; (vi) no electric or battery powered tools permitted, however a battery powered hand drill is permitted. Chainsaws, axes or dangerous equipment; (vii) any unregistered motorised wheeled devices; (viii) any glass bottle or stubbie is not permitted however a small glass jar under 200mls containing vegemite, jams or food preservatives is permitted (ix) aerial drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, lasers/laser pointers; or (x) any item that SCA reasonably considers not appropriate to be taken into the campgrounds. SCA reserves the right to remove any such items at its sole discretion. Camp Fires: Campers are permitted to have a camp fire on their campsite on the following conditions: i. ALL campers must contain their fires within a metal barrel or drum; Due to the current drought conditions and potential for bush fires, the NSW Police and the NSW Rural Fire Service have requested ALL fires be contained within some form of metal fire pit or drum. If the Fire Danger Rating is classified as Extreme or Catastrophic, NSW Rural Fire Service are at liberty to request all lighting of fires be suspended and all burning fires to be extinguished. In the event, any of the above conditions are not complied with; Supercars will be at liberty to extinguish such camp fires and campers will not be permitted to conduct a camp fire unless the above conditions are met. Further failure to comply with the above conditions may result in further action at the discretion of VASC staff.
