Application for Heritage Permit under the Ontario Heritage 18 Earl Street File Number P18-577-061-2014 The Report MHC-14-051 of the Commissioner of Community Services is attached. Schedule Pages 1-12 That it be recommended to Council that alterations to a designated property at 18 Earl Street, be approved in accordance with details described in Application P18-577-061-2014, which was deemed complete on July 16, 2014, with said alterations to include the installation of new architectural-style shingle roofing in grey tones, installation of black standing seam metal roofing on the rear slope and any necessary repairs to the second storey brick window lintels. ii. Application for Heritage Permit under the Ontario Heritage Act 64 College Street File Number P18-471-074-2014 The Report MHC-14-053 of the Commissioner of Community Services is attached. Schedule Pages 13-27 That it be recommended to Council that alterations to a designated property at 64 College Street, be approved in accordance with details described in Application P18-471-074-2014 which was deemed complete on July 31, 2014, with said alterations to include the construction of a new structure combining a breezeway, garage and garden shed; and That the approval be subject to the following conditions: 1. All required building permits be obtained (which may require the enclosure of the north facing wall openings or the installation of fire shutters); and

Application for Heritage Permit under the Ontario Heritage Act 27 Princess Street File Number P18-283-076-2014 The Report MHC-14-056 of the Commissioner of Community Services is attached. Schedule Pages 28-38 That it be recommended to Council that alterations to a designated property at 27 Princess Street, be approved in accordance with details described in Application P18-283-076-2014, which was deemed complete on August 6, 2014, with said alterations to include the renovation of the ground floor façade at the east (Ontario Street) side of the building, including the construction of clear glass glazing, black aluminium framing and concrete base and the installation of a new door; and That the approval be subject to the following conditions: 1. Any required building permits be obtained; 2. All required Planning Act approvals be obtained, including compliance with the registered Site Plan Control Agreement; and 3. Should the alteration require the use of the City Right of Way, an encroachment permit be obtained. iv. Application for Heritage Permit under the Ontario Heritage Act 207 Main Street (Barriefield Village) File Number P18-418-075-2014 The Report MHC-14-054 of the Commissioner of Community Services is attached.
