By motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED to approve the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority's proposed increase ofthe Water System Impact Fee to $9,041 per singlefamily equivalent. McCoy Springs Water Rights Agreement Linn Brooks with Eagle River Water and Sanitation District joined the meeting to review report on the McCoy Springs water rights agreement (also known as Mud Springs).
