Safety Information o First aid centers with nurses will be available in all parks and waterparks. These centers offer over-the-counter medications, bandages, etc. o In-room medical services are available at the resort, based on specific needs. o Offsite urgent care is available at several nearby locations, including an exemplary hospital. o Hosts of the trip will have a rented car for the week to use as needed. Food Allergies o Disney is at the forefront of food allergy accommodation. o Guests with allergies may meet with the head chef of any establishment to explain their needs. o All needs are accommodated to the best of the chef s ability. As long as there is room on the trip and as long as there is a maximum of 4 adults in a room, you are welcome to book. Is someone available to help me plan for other events or meals? o Absolutely! The trip hosts are available from the time of your initial booking to assist with any planning needs you may have and any questions that may arise.
Why is transportation not included? o In an effort to make your transportation be as convenient as possible, we are not travelling to Orlando as a group. This gives you the option to find the best flight for your schedule, location, and budget. If you need assistance, please contact the trip hosts after making your initial trip reservation. Am I required to follow the itinerary? o No! You are welcome to attend or miss any events. All events planned by Saint Vincent are optional, but included in your price. The attached itinerary is preliminary and subject to change, but is incorporated within this packet to give you a general idea of what the schedule of events will include. The recommended park per day is based on historical data which forecasts the crowd level of each park for each day of the year. Responsibilities of Hosts o There will be three trip hosts, Deanna Wicks, Alydia Thomas and Cheri Falcon. o All hosts will be on-call for the entire trip. On-call responsibilities include helping guests with any needs, answering any questions, dealing with emergencies, etc. Each participant will have the cell phone numbers of all hosts at all times. o All hosts will coordinate activities, as per the itinerary or guest request. o All hosts will attend every scheduled event and prepare for each accordingly. o Hosts will arrive prior to the start date of the trip to prepare guest bags and guest arrival. *Deanna Wicks, class of 2009 and 2011, is the Assistant Director of Campus Life of Saint Vincent.
