VIII. Regulation 1. Exhibitor s booth must be fully staffed and operational throughout the show period. Exhibitor must not participate in any activity which causes, or likely to cause, annoyance to visitors or other exhibitor. 2. Any facility or exhibit that disturbs escape in emergency should not be left on the pathway. 3. Aisle or hall perimeter space must not be used as storage. 4. Fire, sparks, welding and inflammable/explosive gas/materials are prohibited in the venue. 5. Smoking in prohibited in the hall. 6. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage or dilapidation to exhibition premises. 7. The exhibitor is responsible for the cleaning of his own booth, exhibits and displays. During the exhibition, the public area will be cleaned by the organizing committee. 8. Nail driving, drilling, painting on the floor or is restricted and should be paid damages by the concerned exhibitors. 9. Cleaning in the exhibition hall during the preparation will be done by exhibitors. Exhibition schedule should be observed. 10. It is prohibited to use a flashlight throughout the show period. 17
