Air Canada has 32 of space between the seats in Economy Class. Their onboard service includes a choice of meal and snacks and complimentary headsets on their transatlantic sectors. The current holiday bonding system explained as effect from 01 July 2012. The government has conducted a review of the bonding system to ensure your holiday is financially protected. It has implemented changes in how the bonding system works which we and all other reputable operators have to work. We now have a legal obligation to ensure your holiday is protected. Holidays are now divided into two separate categories and are differentiated by whether we provide or do not provide the flights. On Holidays where we provide the flights your protection is now legally provided by the Civil Aviation Authority under the Air Traffic Organisers Licence (ATOL). We have held an ATOL license for many years and our ATOL number is 4660. The current charge is 2.50 per person and we have to collect this money and pay it on your behalf to the CAA. On Holidays where we do not provide the flights. The CAA does not protect holidays where the arrangements are not packaged with an operators own air product. In North America the third party liability is not set by the Federal Government, but by the individual provinces and states. In some states and provinces the third party liability required by law to be able to drive a car can be as low as $50,000, which means in a particularly legalistic country that it is highly likely that if you were involved in a significant accident your liabilities may not be met. Therefore to ensure that all our clients have the full and appropriate cover as a company we only sell products that include the maximum amount of insurance possible under the local circumstances. This magnificent park has 206 sq kms of steep coastal cliffs, forest clad hills, deep rich valleys, rugged shoreline and rolling meadows. The park is renowned for its hiking trails, with over 104 kms of trails to choose from ranging from easy 1/2 km loops to a demanding 50 km circuit around the park. The park is a haven for bird watchers, golfers, cyclists, canoeists and naturalists. If time permits visit Cape Enrage Lighthouse and Mary s Point Bird Sanctuary located nearby. The Hopewell Rocks, also called the Flowerpots Rocks or simply The Rocks, are rock formations caused by tidal erosion in The Hopewell Rocks Ocean Tidal Exploration Site in New Brunswick. They stand 40 70 feet tall. They are located on the shores of the upper reaches of the Bay of Fundy at Hopewell Cape near the end of a series of Fundy coastal tourism hubs including Fundy National Park and the Fundy Trail. Due to the extreme tidal range of the Bay of Fundy, the base of the formations are covered in water twice a day. However, it is possible to view the formations from ground level at low tide. Errors and omissions This quote has been put together in good faith and to the very best of our ability we have tried to ensure that there are no errors, omissions or false pricing. However from time to time mistakes do occur and we reserve the right to amend the quoted price should such an error be found. At all times we reserve the right to pass on any increases in tax levied by State or Provincial governments, which are of course beyond our control. We should point out that at this time we hold no space at any of the hotels in your name. If the quoted hotel is full we will use our best endeavours to substitute another hotel of similar quality. If the alternative hotel is at a higher price our final invoice will reflect the higher cost. In line with most tour operators that operate on a flight deposit scheme for flights booked well in advance, our quotation currently includes of fuel surcharges.
