Many people have offered their assistance but more volunteers are requested. The event is 9-12 but volunteers are requested to arrive between 7:00-8:00. Advertising ideas were talked about and possible food served with a donation can. -Ken Olson reported a balance in the account of $2826.80

-Wade Nelson made a motion for fuel costs so pilots flying Young Eagles will only pay $1/gallon for the fuel used for the event. It is required if pilots wish to take part in this fill up tanks before the event. -May 18 chapter program will be about float plane flying. Mike Schmitt will conduct the program, he will have a short video and talk about flying into Canada and have his C206 on display. Food provided by Tom Hammer will be tacos. Please donate to the chapter program food fund to keep these fun events going. -Mark Priglmeier informed the board about the possibility of overnight hanger rentals if space is available. Overnight fees are $10 available from the terminal. -Greg went over a revised edition of our mission statement letter which is helpful when approaching potential donors to our organization. -Bob Barrett reviewed the first responder meeting and will get more info by next meeting. Overall it was a big success. -The chapter annual Fly-In at Leaders airport was discussed. June 6, 2015 10-2 is the time. Ben Ramler agreed to chair the event. Volunteers needed to help out. -Greg reviewed the meeting of Mn EAA chapters and talked about sending a survey to members in order to get feedback on events such as; Christmas party and annual awards banquet. -Motion to adjourn at 8:45. 5/16/2015- Young Eagles event at STC. 9:00-noon anyone looking to volunteer as pilots or ground crew contact Mark Phillips. Ground volunteers please arrive before 8:00am. 5/18/2015- EAA Chapter 551 member program, 6:30 PM. St. Cloud Aero Club Hanger. Float plane flying by: Mike Schmitt. Video and aircraft display. On display will be general and corporate aircraft, experimental and homebuilt, WWII fighters, trainers and bombers along with vintage and modern military. It lists over 1375 crew and courtesy cars nationwide, and is growing every day. It has been reviewed by AvWeb, AOPA Pilot Magazine, Feb. issue, G.A.
