Tariff Regulations These Tariff Regulations has been translated directly from the Danish language. 1. General provisions Article 3 Article 4 Opening hours The airport opening hours are according to AIP Danmark. PPR for opening of the airport outside official opening hours. Exemption from tariff regulations By exception, the management of HCA Airport may grant writing exemption from these tariff regulations. VAT All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added according to the VAT Act. Payment Debtor with address in Denmark, Greenland and Faroe Islands payment options: Invoice forwarded per email. Payment term 10 days nett Credit card Mobilepay + 45 22 77 81 64. Aircrafts registration and invoice number indicated Debtor with address outside Denmark, Greenland and Faroe Islands payment options: Credit card Bank transfer prior agreement minimum 72 hours before landing Invoice forwarded per email prior agreement minimum 72 hours before landing. Payment term 10 days nett. Payments with credit cards will be charged a fee. The fee will be itemized on your receipt. Debit cards will not be charged a fee. Please contact your card issuer, if you are not sure whether your card is a credit or a debit card. Article 5 Failing payment In the event of failing payment charge and interest rate may be added. Falling payment will cause, cash payment in the future and any agreement about invoice payment will be cancelled. Article 6 Non-payment In the event of non-payment of fees, the regulations in 71 and 146 of the Air Navigation Act apply about distress and lien. Page 3 af 15 pages
Article 7 Article 8 Article 9 Responsibility HCA Airport is not responsible for theft or damage caused by fire, water etc. to the aircraft, its equipment, crew, passengers, landing etc. during the aircraft`s stay on the airport grounds, inside or outside of hangars. Currency Payment in DKK and EURO. Al prices are indicated in DKK. Exchange rate 7.4 DKK per 1.0 EURO. Weight limits All weights limits (mass limits) in these regulations are the highest MTOW in kilogram in accordance with the aircraft`s flight manual. Page 4 af 15 pages
2. Take-off fee a) Aircraft with MTOW up to 2.000 kg DKK 76,- b) Aircraft with MTOW above 2.000 kg For each commenced 1.000 kg DKK 42,- Minimum fee DKK 210,- An approach permission followed by an aborted approach or a touch and go landing will be charged as a take-off. Page 5 af 15 pages

4. Fee reductions School and training flights Reduction by 50 %. Full price is paid for the first take-off. For school and training flights an approach permission followed by an aborted approach or a touch and go landing will be charged as a take-off. Others Reduction with 100 %. a. Technical test flight of navigations and landing equipment. b. Technical return, hereby understood start after compulsory return because of technical disorders, bad weather and similar. c. 5. Passenger fee For aircrafts with a MTOW above 5.700 kg a separate passenger fee of DKK 116,- must be paid in addition to the fee mentioned 2 for each departing passenger, revenue, and non-revenue, on domestic and international flights. For aircrafts with a MTOW above 5.7000 kg a separate passenger fee of DKK 58,- must be paid in addition to the fee mentioned in 2 for each transfer passenger, revenue and non-revenue, on domestic or international flights. Article 3 For transit passengers remaining on board a fee is not due. Article 4 Passenger fee is not payable for the airline company`s personnel if flying in their official capacity, if their main occupation lies within the airline company`s aviation services. No fee is payable for children under 2 years of age. Page 8 af 15 pages
6. Security fee In addition to the passenger fees mentioned in 5, a security fee of DKK 17, per departing passenger is due, it the flight is subject to security check. Included in the security fee is the mandatory security check of passengers and baggage required by the authorities. If an airline company requires a safety check level exceeding the one required by the authorities, this can be arranged against payment of the extra costs involved. Article 3 Security check is mandatory however with the following exceptions: 1) aircraft with MTOW up to 15.000 kg 2) helicopters 3) flights in order with law enforcement 4) flights in order with fire fighting 5) flights in order with ambulance service, emergency response or rescue 6) flights in order with research and development 7) flights in order with aerial work 8) flights in order with humanitarian aid 9) flights operated by airline companies, aircraft manufacturers or maintenance companies, and which not include transport of passenger, baggage, cargo or post 10) flights with aircraft up to 45.500 kg in order with transport of own staff or transport of passenger or goods free of charge Article 4. If security check cf. article 3 is not mandatory, but the airline demand it. Security check DKK 2.400,- per hour or part thereof Page 9 af 15 pages
7. Parking fee Article 3 For a stay up to 6 hours no fee is due. For aircrafts, a parking fee of DKK 13,- is payable for each commenced 24 hour-period per every full or partial 1.000 kg., calculated based on the aircraft MTOW however, minimum DKK 78,-. If required by circumstances, HCA Airport can at any time demand that an aircraft be moved to a parking space other than the on originally assigned. The owner (user) of the aircraft is responsible for the proper securing of the aircraft, including taking such other precautions necessitated by circumstances or ordered by HCA Airport, including night marking. The parking fee gives disposal only of the space which the aircraft occupies, a which is necessary for the general inspection and maintenance of the aircraft. Page 10 af 15 pages
8. Opening fee Arrangements to use HCA Airport outside the official opening hours stipulated by AIP Danmark be made with AFIS. Opening fee DKK 1.200,- for each hour or part thereof A minimum fee of 3 hours will be charged. Hours is calculated for hours, which is outside the official opening hours. Opening fee is paid by each aircraft. Page 11 af 15 pages
9. Fire and rescue Cat 5 DKK 1.050,- per hour or part thereof Cat 6 Cat 7 DKK 1.250,- per hour or part thereof DKK 1.450,- per hour or part thereof Minimum payment is 3 hours. Fire and rescue starts 2,5 hours before scheduled departure. Fire and rescue starts 1 hour before scheduled arrival, it there are no departing passengers. Page 12 af 15 pages
10. Others Id Card 1... DKK 500,- Vehicle card per vehicle 2... DKK 250,- 1 Validity 3 years of issue. If the id card is lost, you must pay for a new id card. 2 Validity follows the id card, which the vehicle car is associated. If the vehicle card is lost or change of registration, you must pay for a new vehicle card. Page 13 af 15 pages
11. Cancellation Service due to these tariff regulations will be invoiced with 25%, if the services are cancelled under 48 hours and before 24 hours before landing.
