Once you find out whether you need a visa, we recommend the following guidelines to obtain a tourist visa to enter Russia: Register for the seminar and make your room booking at the hotel Baltic Star as soon as possible. In response to your reservation request sent by e-mail to the hotel Baltic Star, the hotel will forward you a booking confirmation. This confirmation is one of the documents which you need to provide in order to obtain a tourist visa.
Please contact a specialised travel agency to help you throughout the tourist visa application procedure. Gather all required documents (your current passport which should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after visa s expiration date, a recent passport size photo, the tourist visa application form filled in and printed out from the corresponding website and subsequently signed). The travel agency will provide you the remaining documents (tourist voucher and/or tourist confirmation, medical insurance valid in Russia).
