Welcome Welcome to Flybe Training Academy, an impressive and unique setting for your training and conferencing requirements. Our purpose built facility offers you a choice of modern, bright and spacious meeting rooms in a variety of sizes and set-ups. Whether you require a large conference space for a formal event or an intimate space for your annual board meeting, we will work with you to accommodate your business needs and requirements. Our location at Exeter International Airport, in the heart of Devon, means we are easily accessible by air, road or rail but just a stone s throw away from miles of stunning coastline, beautiful countryside. Exeter is a vibrant city centre with it s cathedral, modern shopping centre, continental cafés and stylish restaurants, making us the perfect place for your next meeting or event. Our Rooms Whatever your requirements - large or small - we have a space to suit you. Conference Suite Our conference suite can seat up to 120 delegates (theatre style) and includes; free Wi-Fi, a PC, wide-screen projection, integrated projector, 2 microphones, wall mounted speakers and linked plasma screens. The suite can be split into 2 rooms, enabling break-out areas to be created or alternatively you can hire as separate conference rooms. Standard Rooms Our standard rooms can seat up to 16 delegates in classroom, boardroom or u-shape set-up. The rooms are equipped with a PC, integrated projector, whiteboard and wall-mounted speakers. Additional Information All our rooms come with the following; Stationery tool kit Water for delegates and trainers LCD overhead projector, flip chart and markers Large Meeting Rooms Our large meeting rooms are located on the ground floor of the academy and can seat up to 40 delegates (theatre style). The rooms are equipped with a PC, integrated projector, Smartboard, whiteboard and wallmounted speakers. Delegate Rest Area Our Training Academy also includes a comfortable delegate rest area located on the ground floor which can be used during your breaks. There are vending machines available serving hot and cold drinks, savoury snacks and confectionery. Please note: Prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices are valid from 1st April 2013 and are correct at the time of publication, however are subject to change. The published rates are valid for room hire between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. A surcharge of 50 is applied for room hire finishing later than 6pm. Daily rates include; room hire, PC and AV, flip chart, meeting room stationary tool kit, water for guests. Photocopying is charged at a rate of 10p per copy (black and white) and 20p per copy (full colour). Additional equipment available on request. Discounts: Registered charities will receive a 10% discount off our published room hire rates.

Catering We provide a wide variety of refreshments and delicious hot and cold buffets including breakfast, lunch and evening options, freshly prepared for you and your delegates by the on-site Hampton by Hilton Hotel. Half day delegate rate includes two servings of tea, coffee and biscuits and hot or cold buffet. Full day delegate rate includes 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits with hot or cold buffet. If you require catering with your room booking, we are happy to service these. Please contact us for our full range of menu options. Accommodation The on-site Hampton by Hilton Hotel is the perfect place to check-in and has 120 comfortable modern rooms, free Wi-Fi access, hot breakfast buffet and the warmest welcome you can imagine. Cabin Crew Training Activities Our Cabin Crew training facility allows you and your team to experience a variety of exciting scenarios. How to find us We are ideally situated at Exeter International Airport with good transport links for the journey by air, rail or road. By Car - We are just moments away from the M5 motorway. From Junction 29 on the M5, take the A30 towards Honiton and follow the signs for Exeter International Airport.
