Past WIN Symposia attracted 300-500 delegates from over 40 countries worldwide, consistent with WIN Consortium s global scope and strategy. CME The WIN 2019 Symposium organizers plan to submit an application for CME credits on behalf of medical specialists to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). Last year, the WIN 2018 Symposium was designated for a maximum of 13 hours of European external CME credits. Exhibition Prospectus 4 How to support WIN Symposium 2019 Invitation The WIN Consortium, initiator and primary organizer of the WIN Symposium series, invites financial support from corporations, foundations, and other organizations to help defray the costs of organizing WIN 2019 Symposium. Various attractive benefits are available to sponsoring and supporting entities. All sponsoring contributions will be considered unrestricted educational grants towards the WIN 2019 Symposium. Educational grants for which the donator receives no specific benefits other than grant acknowledgements in association with WIN 2019 Symposium are also welcome. Sponsor acknowledgements Depending on the level of support provided, sponsoring entities will be acknowledged as: Platinum sponsor 30,001 and above Gold sponsor 20,001 30,000 Silver sponsor 10,001 20,000 Bronze sponsor 5,001 10,000 Supporter 1,000 5,000 Acknowledgements at all sponsorship/grant levels Acknowledgement by means of sponsor logo/company name in selected pre and post-meeting materials, on banners at the venue, and on the symposium website. Exhibition space at the venue is available as follows: Standard exhibition booth (3.00 x 3.00m) provided by the WIN 2019 Symposium organizers Exhibition floor space at the venue for a booth moved in and set-up by the exhibitor; booth dimensions may deviate from standard booth All exhibition arrangements may be booked as stand-alone items at any time or as part of a sponsorship package. Exhibition space at the WIN 2019 Symposium venue is limited. So don t wait and secure your company s presence immediately. Exhibition Prospectus 13 Policies and Disclaimer Confirmation and payment Sponsoring arrangements will be confirmed in writing between MCI UK Ltd, based in the United Kingdom, acting on behalf of WIN Consortium, based in France, and the sponsoring/supporting entity. An invoice with payment details will be sent to the sponsoring/supporting entity, and payment will then be expected within 4 weeks of invoice date. All amounts mentioned in this document are in Euros and are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added as applicable according to tax legislation. Exhibition policy If benefits granted to the sponsor/supporter include the opportunity to exhibit at the Symposium venue, the sponsoring/supporting organization and its agent(s) must comply with the rules and regulations governing the Symposium exhibition, as detailed in the exhibition manual or imposed by the venue. The exhibition manual and rules and regulations imposed by the venue will be provided to sponsoring/supporting organizations at least 6 weeks before the opening date of the Symposium. Cancellation policy In case of cancellation of a sponsoring arrangement by the sponsoring organization, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed sponsoring fee applies if the cancellation notice is received more than three months before the opening date of WIN 2019 Symposium. If the cancellation notice is received three months or less before the opening date of the Symposium, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed sponsoring fee applies. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Disclaimer Funding for WIN 2019 Symposium is requested solely on behalf of WIN Consortium, not its members or partners. Any grants/fees provided by sponsoring/ supporting organizations shall be used by WIN Consortium solely to cover the costs of the WIN 2019 Symposium.
