Founded in 1521, San Juan's picturesque cobblestone streets, plazas and chapels reflect its Spanish heritage. But the second oldest city in the Americas also boasts fine beaches, lush rainforests, verdant mountainsides, imposing forts and a lovely tropical climate. Depart San Juan at 10:00 pm. Enjoy a five-course dinner and onboard Monday, October 31 st Kralendijk, Bonaire Arrive in Kralendijk, Bonaire at 8:00 am. Kralendijk is the capital city and main port of the island of Bonaire. In Dutch, Koralendijk (of which the name Kralendijk is a degeneration) means "coral reef" or "coral dike". In Papiamentu, the town is often called Playa or "beach". Kralendijk is a lively and colorful Caribbean town centre. Year round you can stroll the streets enjoying the Caribbean architecture while shopping in the main street Kaya Grandi and the area around it. Tuesday, November 1 st Willemstad, Curacao Arrive in Willemstad, Curacao at 8:00 am. Willemstad combines the amenities of a big city with the charms of a small town. Wandering around the district and absorbing its rhythms is a true treat. According to the government, there are 750 historic buildings in the city, but new scaffolding goes up nearly every month. The capital is constantly evolving while still managing to hold on to its past, making it one of the most interesting cities in the Caribbean. Located just 12 degrees north of the Equator, the island of Curaçao enjoys a year-round warm, sunny climate. While strolling the town center's palm-lined thoroughfare, you will pass pastelpainted homes, day-tripping passengers fresh off cruise ships and pictureperfect Dutch-style buildings. The capital is a haven for shoppers looking for scores of stores and a world-class selection. The Caya Betico Croes, the town's original main street, is lined with several malls. Friday, November 4 th Ocho Rios, Jamaica Arrive at Ocho Rios, Jamaica at 8:00 am. Ocho Rios (Spanish for "Eight Rivers") is a town in the parish of Saint Ann on the north coast of Jamaica. Just outside the city, travelers and residents can visit Columbus Park, where Columbus supposedly first came on land, and see maritime artifacts and Spanish colonial buildings. The golden beaches, swaying palm trees and fragrant air are just a prelude to what surrounds this beautiful city. Within the nearby jungle-covered mountains are the magnificent Dunn's River Falls, the foliage of Fern Gully and the untouched beauty of the White River. Depart Ocho Rios at 5:00 pm. Enjoy a five-course dinner and onboard Saturday, November 5 th Sunday, November 6 th Miami & Fly Home Morning Arrive at the Miami Cruise Terminal in Florida at 8:00 am. After we clear customs and gather our luggage, we make our way to our coach. We depart for the Miami International Airport for your early afternoon flight home to the Maritimes. We arrive in Pearson International Airport in Toronto.
