OCEAN WILDLIFE & ORCA EXPLORATION Victoria, British Columbia Tour Code: VIC_09 Victoria is the gateway to Puget Sound, the Gulf Islands and San Juan Islands and is home to three resident pods of Orca Whales. The J, K, and L pods with approximately 90 whales in total, live in these waters, as well as a variety of other marine life.
