Award the Purchase of FY 2016-17 Budgeted Replacement Vehicles Recommends City Council authorization to award the purchase of replacement vehicles included in the approved FY 2016-17 budget through the use of the Florida Sheriff s Association Annual Contract to Don Reid Ford, Duval Ford, Lou Bachrodt Freightliner, Ingram Equipment Company, LLC, Hub City Ford and Roundtree-Moore Chevrolet. 13.2. Award of ITB 16-019 Annual Dumpster Bid Recommends City Council authorization to award ITB 16-019 for the annual dumpster bid to Wastequip Mfg. Company, LLC of Lakeland, Florida for a not-to-exceed amount of $62,000.00. This award will cover dumpsters ordered from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options. 13.3. Request for Code Enforcement Fine Waiver at 19 Okahatchee Circle SE The property owner of 19 Okahatchee Circle SE has requested a release of liens for existing Code Enforcement fines on the property. 13.4. Task Order Amendment - Carson Drive Streetscape Engineering & Design Recommends City Council authorization for the City Manager to execute a Task Order Amendment with Atkins North America, Inc. of Pensacola, Florida to complete the engineering and design specifications for the Carson Drive/Third Street Streetscaping project. 13.5. Approval of CRA Matching Facade Grant Funding for 102 Eglin Parkway SE Recommends City Council authorization to award grant funding through the CRA Matching Façade Grant Program for a project located at 102 Eglin Parkway SE in the amount of $20,000.00. 13.6. Approval of CRA Matching Facade Grant Funding for 100 Miracle Strip Parkway SW Recommends City Council authorization to award grant funding through the CRA Matching Façade Grant Program for a project located at 100 Miracle Strip Parkway SW in the amount of $20,000.00. 14.
