Meals: We are individually responsible for lunch each day All other meals are provided: Breakfast typically includes cereal, bread, juice, coffee and tea. Dinners will be a preset meal for our entire group rather than ordering from a menu. beverages other than water, tipping & snacks are extra (own cost) Food restrictions ensure reported to tour company and the squadron
Spending Money: Syndicate Banking Daily Total amounts are very individual & the tour program is very busy Tour Operator suggests $30-$35 per day ATMs are a good option, check with your bank ATMs and Interac may not always be accessible
Cadet Responsibility: Cadet Trip Cost: $1475 Cost Share Agreement Signed When above are both complete: 504 Squadron pays remaining $1475 This amount remains property of 504 Squadron should there be a cancellation All cancellation fees are the responsibility of the cadet & parent/guardian Tips to Tour Operator - $50 per Cadet & payable prior to March 20 (final meeting) Lunch each day is cadet responsibility

Friday, March 22 Meet 0600 hours (6 am) at Edmonton International Airport Departures Level Air Canada (8 am departure) Eat breakfast before, have at least $10, bring snacks! Wear your squadron trip wear no exceptions Bring your luggage, carry on items, ID & medication Meet your Syndicate Leaders and remain in your group for further instructions Be patient Stay with your Syndicate Leader at all times while travelling & throughout the trip unless otherwise instructed
Liquids/gels over 100 ML must be in checked luggage Medications must be in original packaging with dosage instructions Do not saying anything improper while travelling, even as a joke

Check areas before you leave for belongings (backpacks, cameras, purchases) Ground transit is generally by chartered bus Some transit in urban areas may involve using public transit - stick together in your groups with your Syndicate Leader Use hotel room safes if available, avoid putting valuables in outer pockets of back pack, be responsible for the security of your items.
