Saturday, April 2, 2011 8:00 AM Buses arrive at Spring Lake High School instruments, uniforms, luggage loaded Check-in tables will be in FRONT of building If you are driving and leaving your car at SLHS, please park in the designated area and put a Band Trip emblem on your dashboard. 8:30 AM Attendees must be checked in short meeting in the Commons for all attending 9:00 AM Depart from Spring Lake High School on MOTORCOACHES, en route to Orlando, Florida. Rest stops and meals (at your expense) enroute. Various times throughout the day games / movies, etc. Quiet hours on the buses will be observed from Midnight 8 AM ** We have attempted to seat you in the bus where you will be comfortable! We remind you that this is the Spring Lake High School Band Trip so please be patient with the students. If you have a problem, please talk to the Bus Chaperone on your bus we will do everything that we can to accommodate you! ** Everyone is asked to sit in your assigned seat each time that we board the buses this week to allow for efficient attendance checks. Once the doors close, you are free to choose another seat during our 24 hour bus rides from Spring Lake to Orlando and the return trip home. 1
Sunday, April 3, 2011 9:00 AM Arrive in Florida; meet our EDUCATIONAL TOURS, INC. ESCORT and immediately depart for: Disney's Blizzard Beach The coolest water park is a winter ski resort that experiences a rapid meltdown, creating some of the longest, tallest, curviest water rides anywhere! Buses will be locked so all bags can be left on buses. Valuables may be left on bus at your own risk - or lockers can be rented. Tuesday, April 5, 2011 7:00 AM DELUXE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at the hotel 8:00 AM Band Members leave for Workshops!! You may jump on the buses, if you want to get to the parks when they open!! Please see Mary Eagin to get your DISNEY DINING CARD ($20.00) for lunch & dinner 9:30 AM Bus will be ready to take you to the Transportation Center for your day at Disney!! ** You may also take the hotel shuttle into the parks today, at your leisure! Approx. Noon Band Members will be at Epcot for the remainder of the day. Please see Mary Eagin to get your DISNEY DINING CARD ($20.00) for lunch & dinner 2:30 PM Celebrating a Dream Come True Pre-Parade SLHS Marching Band Following the parade, Band Members will return to the Pre-Show Area return uniform and instruments to the bus storage areas. NOTE no family members are allowed to accompany the Band to the pre-show area! After your performance, Band Members will spend the rest of day in the Magic Kingdom 9:00 PM Early bus departs for the hotel ** Please notify Mary Eagin whether you are leaving early or staying for the late bus. 9:00 PM Main Street Electric Parade 10:00 PM Disney Wishes Fireworks Show 10:30 PM Late Buses depart for Hotel Please note that if you take the hotel shuttle, return to the hotel early, or do not plan to be on the bus with us in the evening, please notify Mary Eagin by phone or text message so that we aren t looking for you when we depart. Ride the fastest backward roller coaster in the world. Please see Mary Eagin to get your DISNEY DINING CARD ($20.00) for lunch & dinner Afternoon Depart onboard Disney Transportation for Disney s Hollywood Studios Get into the action and thrills of Hollywood as you learn how movies are made. Parades today: 3:00 PM Pixar Pals Countdown to FUN! Parade in Hollywood Studios 3:45 PM Jammin Jungle Parade at Animal Kingdom 7:00 PM Hollywood Studios closes and that brings our trip to an end 7:00 PM Load the buses and Depart for SPRING LAKE.
