Exceptional Adventures MEXICO PUERTO AVENTURAS / RIVIERA MAYA JANUARY 20-27, 2018 We will be traveling to Puerto Aventuras Mexico to enjoy luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining and an endless array of activities. You MUST have a passport to travel! Passport cards are NOT acceptable! Please bring your VALID passport, as it is required to travel. AIRLINE REGULATIONS REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT! Guests & staff who fail to bring their VALID Passport will be sent home and no refund will be given. No refund will be issued if the traveler is refused boarding due to lack of proper identification. Flight tours, and tours out of the country: No-shows or cancellation less than 75 days before departure are non-refundable. On tours leaving the country, all staff and guests MUST have a valid passport. Refunds will not be issued if the traveler is refused boarding due to lack of proper identification. Allegiant Air Airlines Flight Information: FLIGHT ITINERARY: Flight # Date: Nonstop # 7002 1/20/2018 Nonstop #7003 1/27/2018 DRESS: Please wear nice casual clothing and comfortable shoes on the plane, such as jeans and a t-shirt. We recommend when guests are brought to the airport wearing their heavy winter coats that the staff /guardians please take their coats home with them. This will eliminate the potential of their coats getting lost or left on the airplane. Please remember to bring the guest s coats with you when picking the guest up at the airport on their return trip! We recommend that you pack in your suitcase or wear on the plane a light jacket or sweater. PLEASE PACK: One SMALL-sized rolling / wheeled suitcase or duffel bag! Each guest must be able to carry his / her own luggage UNLESS you have arranged this with Exceptional Adventures!! Please do not pack valuables as Exceptional Adventures cannot be responsible for them. NO CARRY-ON LUGGAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED! THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR LARGE AND OVER-WEIGHT BAGS! ALL SUITCASES MUST WEIGH LESS THAN 50 POUNDS OR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL APPLY!! Guests who travel with luggage exceeding size of bags Up to 62.0 linear inches (157cm) L + W + H and 50.0 lbs (23 kg) per bag (total length + width + height) will be charged at the rate of $150 per piece for travel. Men: Dress slacks, collared shirts, suit coat, tie and closed-toed shoes. Swimsuit, flip-flops, sandals or water shoes SUNSCREEN! Beach towels are provided by the resort! YOU DO NOT NEED TO PACK A BEACH TOWEL! Sunglasses & camera, if you wish Mexico is pretty warm this time of year. On average, the highs range in the upper 70's in January. Call Exceptional Adventures the week before the trip and we can pull up the weather forecast for you so that you can pack accordingly. WHAT NOT TO PACK/ BRING: NO CARRY-ONS!! Please do not pack valuables, as Exceptional Adventures will not be responsible for them. Also, do not bring any cell phones, laptops or electronics! Beach towels are provided by the resort! SPENDING MONEY: The tour fee includes airfare, hotel, all meals, gratuities and attractions. Guests need only to bring money for souvenirs & snacks. When we do have one, it's coming through an out of country provider and is considered a roaming charge by our cell carrier. This number should only be called in an emergency! GUESTS WHO ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF OUR SCHEDULED RETURN, WILL BE BILLED A CHARGE OF $35.00 PER HOUR. LOCAL GUESTS WHO MUST BE DRIVEN HOME WILL BE BILLED $50.00 PLUS THE HOURLY CHARGE. CANCELLATIONS: Flight tours, and tours out of the country: No-shows or cancellation less than 75 days before departure are non-refundable. Exceptional Adventures MEDICATION(S) All medications must be given to the Tour Coordinator upon arrival at the airport. Exceptional Adventures cannot be responsible for medications not given directly to the Tour Coordinator. Medications must be in the original prescription bottles or pharmacy pre-package trip meds! Home visit sheets, MARS or notes listing time of dosage are required. Some pharmacies offer special labeling and packaging for client off-site trips! Please send only the amount of medication needed for the tour. Medication in metal boxes or blister packs will NOT be accepted. If you are pre pouring your medications, they must have a label including the guest s name and time of doses. Any other ways will NOT be accepted. Morning & Afternoon medications should be given prior to boarding the plane or pre-poured and given to the Tour Coordinator. You must notify the Tour Coordinator at the airport that you have a Pre- Poured medication that needs to be given before 6:00pm! Exceptional Adventures will begin with 6:00 PM dosages. If you have any questions, please call the office. *Guests requiring insulin injections must contact our office prior to the tour to confirm arrangements. *Guests bringing Oxygen on trips must contact our office prior to the tour to confirm arrangements.

An encounter or swimming with the Manatees is usually between $99 to $150 US dollars! We suggest you bring $150.00 if you would like to have an encounter or swim with the Manatees! They also charge extra for Photos of your experience with the Manatees. Please allow for additional money if you wish to purchase photos!
