Planning a group stay at Longitude is similarly simple with all gourmet dining, premium beverages, in-suite bar, expert guided tours and return airport transfers included. Accommodation With just fifteen contemporary pavilions, sleeping up to thirty guests, the vibe is intimate and civilised with an earthy elegance. AU T H E N T I C A DV E N T U R E S Business Facilities The Dune House may be utilised for small meetings and conferences providing a unique venue for business discussions when staying on an exclusive basis. Alternatively meetings of any size may be held at the Uluru Meeting Place function centre at the nearby Voyages Ayers Rock Resort (additional charges apply). Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the lodge. Standard equipment such as whiteboard and flipchart may be arranged. Additional hire fees may apply for specialist equipment. World Class Dining Longitude 131 offers the best of contemporary Australian cuisine, with an emphasis on simple, quality produce and local flavours to mirror the tranquil, spiritual outback surrounds. The menu changes daily, according to the seasons. Dine and relax in the Dune House, with all the comforts of home and one of the most spectacular views in the world Uluru. Elegant interiors and personal service ensure a memorable dining experience. Comfortably seating up to the lodge maximum, table sizes may be varied for each meal of the day. The beautifully laid, standalone tables may also be joined together for a grand table dinner celebration. For larger groups, a cocktail style function is also possible with additional guests staying at the nearby Ayers Rock Resort (surcharge applies). All beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic are included in the rate at Longitude and selected wines sourced from Australia s finest wine regions are served with lunch and dinner. A select cellarmasters list of vintage wines and French Champagnes is additional. Sunset drinks are served each evening, either at the lodge or in the wild and provide a wonderful opportunity for guests to enjoy an outback sundowner, whilst swapping personal discoveries of the day.

B I L L I O N S T A R D I N I N G Table 131 is an unforgettable dining experience, not to be missed. Dine out on sumptuous outback fare and discover the wonders of the southern night sky. Listen to the sounds of the desert and be mesmerised by the movement and songs of an ancient culture by firelight. Table 131 is subject to weather and climatic conditions, particularly during the peak summer months. As the evening dining venue alternates between the Dune House and Table 131, there is an opportunity to experience either option on an exclusive basis on opposing evenings. Additional costs apply. Rates include all dining and premium beverages (cellarmasters list additional). Specialist Group Dining Exclusive use of the lodge is essential for celebratory groups requiring special themed events, public speaking and large group dining elements. Application for waiver may be made based on group dynamic and needs. In this instance an additional fee for sole use event catering and alternate touring program may be required depending on the group size. Longitude does not host casual/external functions. The lodge must be booked in conjunction with the special event. Please refer to the Group Policy for further information. Special Event Catering With exclusivity comes flexibility. A surcharge may apply for themed dinners or events held outside the Dune House that require additional set up. Specialist Experiences additional charges apply There are a number of unique activities and entertainment options available at an additional cost any of which can be incorporated to create a truly memorable incentive at Longitude 131. An amazing helicopter flight over Uluru or Kata Tjuta is the only way to fully appreciate the scale and grandeur of this spectacular region. Take your group on an exhilarating Harley Davidson motorcycle tour around the base of Uluru or meander through the rich red sand dunes atop a camel to watch the awe inspiring backdrop of Uluru and Kata Tjuta change colour as the sun rises or sets. A range of private charters, off the beaten track, invite exploration of the outback and beyond. Enjoy lunch atop the impressive peak of Mount Connor or journey to Kings Canyon to marvel at the mighty chasm and refresh in the lush, palm-fringed oasis. C O N N E C T W I T H C OUNTRY Red Ochre Spa Indulge and relax right in the heart of the central Australian outback with a visit to the serene Red Ochre Spa. Located within Sails in the Desert Hotel, at the nearby Ayers Rock Resort, Longitude 131 provides return transfers to and from the Spa, which offers a range of rejuvenating treatments. In-tent treatments can also be arranged. Access Longitude 131 is located on a secluded sand dune close to the boundary of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Just three hours flight from most Australian capital cities, regular flights are available to Ayers Rock Airport (AYQ) with Australia s major domestic airlines. Virgin Australia operates daily flights directly to Ayers Rock Airport from Sydney. Jetstar (Qantas code share) also flies directly to Ayers Rock Airport on selected days. Qantas operates daily flights to Ayers Rock Airport via Alice Springs from Sydney. Qantas also offers direct daily flights from Cairns and Alice Springs. Transfers Longitude 131 operates complimentary transfers with fellow guests, connecting with all Ayers Rock Airport flights. Private group transfers can be arranged at an additional cost. For groups seeking a more scenic arrival or spectacular departure, helicopter transfers are available from Ayers Rock Airport to the nearby Longitude 131 helipad (additional cost applies). Climate The semi-arid climate of the Uluru region makes for great travelling conditions. Warm, sunny days with minimal rainfall are the norm for much of the year, allowing enjoyment of the stunning desert landscapes and rock formations. Typical desert weather patterns make for reasonable fluctuations in temperature between day and night. During the summer months, average temperatures range from 35 C during the day to 18 C overnight. In the winter months, the average daytime temperature is 22 C and 0 C overnight. Communications Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the lodge and mobile reception is offered by all carriers. D E S E RT L U X E Group Policy At Longitude 131 a group is defined as five or more luxury tents travelling together. As an intimate and boutique property some special conditions apply when making group reservations. Groups of nine or more tents are usually only accepted on an exclusive use basis.
