EXECUTIVE SUMMARY COMMENTS The Copperas Cove Wendy s restaurant features an excellent location at the entrance to a Walmart anchored shopping Center as well as the 250,000 SF HEB+ anchored Five Hills Power Center along Highway 190 at the entrance to Copperas Cove. It is one of the most dynamic real estate locations in the Temple, Waco, Killeen MSA at the doorstep of Copperas Cove s newest retail developments.
