Zoning By-law 270-2004, as amended, is hereby further amended: (1 by changing on Schedule "A" thereto, the zoning designation of the lands shown outlined on Schedule A attached to this by-law from to RESDENTAL SNGLE DETACHED A - SECTON 1598 (RA - SECTON 1598, RESDENTAL APARTMENT A - SECTON 1599 (R4A - SECTON 1599, RECREATON COMMERCAL - SECTON 1596 (RC- SECTON 1596, HGHWAY COMMERCAL ONE - SECTON 1595 (HC1 - SECTON 1595, FLOODPLAN SECTON 1597 (F - SECTON 1597 and OPEN SPACE (2 by adding after 1597.1 (2 the following uses: FLOODPLAN - 1597 (F -1597, RECREATON COMMERCAL - 1951 (RC -1951, RECREATON COMMERCAL -1952 (RC -1952, RECREATON COMMERCAL - 1953 (RC - 1953 AND OPEN SPACE (3 a tennis court (4 a golf driving range (3 by adding after 1597.1 (3 the following: 1597.2 shall be subject to the following requirements and restrictions: a tennis court shall only be permitted within 75 metres of Ebenezer Road.
