Terms and Conditions Emirates Global First Class and Business Class Offer with MasterCard These terms and conditions govern the booking of your complimentary hotel accommodation. Where Emirates books accommodation in its capacity as an agent for a third party supplier, your contract for that accommodation will be subject to the relevant supplier s terms and conditions which could limit or exclude liability to you. No contract will come into existence until we accept your request for accommodation. When you submit your request for accommodation, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept (and do accept) these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons covered by your accommodation booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information given to you in connection with this booking by us or any third party supplier is passed on to everyone on whose behalf you are making, or have made, the accommodation booking. Offer First Class Passengers travelling with Emirates to or via Dubai between 17 th May 2012 30 th September 2012 who book their tickets online using MasterCard are entitled to two (02) nights free accommodation at the Armani Hotel Dubai on Bed & Breakfast basis (single or double occupancy) with FREE 96 hours visa and priority access tickets to At The Top, Burj Khalifa. Business Class Passengers travelling with Emirates to or via Dubai between 17 th May 2012 30 th September 2012 who book their tickets online using MasterCard are entitled to one (01) night s free accommodation at The Address Dubai Marina on Bed & Breakfast basis (single or double occupancy) with FREE 96 hours visa and priority access tickets to At The Top, Burj Khalifa The above free accommodation offers include all taxes and service charges but do not include any other meals with the exception of breakfast taken with the free stay. Eligible Bookings All new bookings made on or after 17 th May 2012 until 26 th September 2012 (This offer cannot be claimed retroactively/on existing bookings) This offer is open to all First Class and Business Class passengers travelling exclusively on Emirates-operated flights to Dubai or via Dubai (code-share flights and itineraries involving other air carriers are excluded from the offer) and booking a return airline ticket (not valid for one-way journeys). Complimentary accommodation must be utilised between 17 th May 2012 and 30 th September 2012 (both dates inclusive).
The entire booking must be made online (www.emirates.com) in either First Class or Business Class using MasterCard. The offer is not applicable if any sector of the journey is booked in Economy Class or to any Economy Class passengers who receive a complimentary upgrade to Business Class or First Class. If the booking comprises of both Business Class and First Class, the Business Class offer will apply, unless a passenger is holding a First Class ticket but is booked into Business Class due to non-availability of seats. The offer is available to adult fare-paying passengers only and all airline tickets must be paid for in full. The offer is not available to passengers who have purchased their airline tickets partially, or in full, using Skywards miles or Industry and Travel Agency discounted fares. The offer is not valid with any other promotion or offer and is not applicable to passengers travelling as part of an inclusive tour package The offer is not valid for passengers whose travel originates in the UAE Passengers travelling to Dubai only via Emirates on both sectors are eligible to avail the offer Passengers travelling beyond Dubai can decide whether to utilise their complimentary hotel accommodation either on their outbound or inbound stopover Passengers booked on companion fares are eligible to avail the offer in a double room and not in two single rooms Rooms booked/occupancy should match the number of passengers booked on the Emirates Booking Reference. Important Notes Accommodation Once the eligible booking has been paid in full online using MasterCard, passengers must complete the booking form online to book the complimentary hotel accommodation Complimentary accommodation must be booked prior to commencing the outbound sector of the itinerary. Bookings cannot be made on arrival in Dubai. Passengers who attempt to make reservations directly with the hotel on arrival in Dubai will have to settle any and all charges directly to the hotel.
Accommodation booking for a single passenger qualifies for a single room only. If the single passenger is travelling with a second passenger who also qualifies for the offer, a double room can be booked. Passengers booked on companion fares will be entitled to a double or twin room only Complimentary hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come, first served basis. Emirates will endeavour to secure rooms for the dates requested but accepts no responsibility or liability if the requested hotel cannot accommodate the booking because it is fully booked or for any other reasons beyond Emirates control. Complimentary hotel accommodation does not have to be utilised immediately upon arrival in Dubai, but when used, must be used on consecutive days Passengers must hand in the boarding pass to the hotel upon check in. It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide the boarding pass to the hotel as proof of travel on Emirates, without which, the hotel can refuse check-in or charge their standard rates directly to the customer. The offer includes accommodation, buffet breakfast, taxes and service charges. The offer excludes all other meals, transfers to and from the airport and any other additional costs incurred. The offer is subject to a maximum occupancy of two adults per room and maximum one child below 12 years of age sharing the existing bed in the parent s room If additional nights are required, they need to be requested and booked directly with the hotels. Emirates will not be responsible for securing additional nights. If the complimentary hotels are not available, a suitable alternative hotel will be offered Check-In / Check-Out Passengers are entitled to stay for a period of 24 hours or 48 hours from their time of arrival at the airport. For example, a Business Class passenger who arrives in Dubai International Airport at 5am on 1st August will have his accommodation booked until 5am on 2nd August (24 hours) and a First Class passenger who arrives in Dubai International Airport at 5am on 1st August will have his accommodation booked until 5am 3rd August (48 hours). Should the passenger/s require late check-out/s, they will have to contact the front office and pay the hotel directly for late check-out charges, if any Please note that the passengers will not have the option of booking rooms based on standard check-in/check-out times

Lost, damaged and/or stolen Ticket(s) cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner. Visa charges apply. Clear, colour passport copies (to be scanned and uploaded via the online application form) are required to process the visa Please note that the processing time is 3 working days for the UAE Complimentary 96- hour visa (excluding Friday and Saturday as they are the official weekend of the UAE and Public Holidays) For all visas, required documents must be received at least 5 working days prior to arrival. Point of entry and exit must be Dubai International Airport.
Passport validity at time of visa application must be 6 months or more Issuance of visas is purely at the discretion of the Immigration authorities and Emirates takes no responsibility should the visa be rejected Emirates Liability to you:- Where Emirates sells or provides to you services provided by a third party in its capacity as an authorised agent of such third party or acts as an agent on behalf of any third party supplier, it is not responsible for negligent acts or omissions of such suppliers, their employees, agents or representatives, nor for any deficiency in the service provided and in particular, Emirates has no liability for loss, personal injury or death however incurred unless such loss, personal injury or death is caused solely by Emirates negligence. Emirates is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damage or expense due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond Emirates reasonable control - the consequences of which could not be avoided even if all due care had been exercised, including but not limited to delays or changes in schedules, technical or maintenance problems, hotel overbooking or defaults, sickness, adverse weather conditions, natural or industrial disaster, industrial disputes involving third party suppliers, war, terrorist activity, quarantine or other causes.
