Project Overview DIRSI is a multifunctional residential complex in the historical part of Tbilisi intended for up to 15,000 residents. The residential area consists of the 20 well-furnished houses from 16 to 26 floors each, overall 4898 of studio, 2, and 3 room apartments with total space of up to 527,000 m 2.

Project Overview DIRSI is Located between the river Mtkvari and Cholokashvili street. The old name of this part of Tbilisi was Dirsichala.
Goals The construction actually started up in 2012 and still continues. The following goals can be formulated: 2014+ - starting up the sales and marketing activities; 2013-2014 - the construction works of the residential complex; Creating the management structure to manage Dirsi in 2014; Completion of the infrastructural works during 2015-2017;
Social Assessment Despite the economic growth of the previous years the unemployment level in the end of 2011 was around 15.1%. More than 50% of the population is employed in the agriculture, which is one of the least productive spheres in Georgia producing less than 10% of the GDP. Urbanization is 53% and there is a trend of increase here.
