Tour Overview Many say that South Africa presents the whole world in one country due to its wide array of landscapes and beauty. This fast-track, but still intensive tour gives you the opportunity to visit most of the countries famous landmarks whilst avoiding a great deal of driving time. Tour Itinerary Day 1 Arrival in Cape Town Arrival in South Africa, landing in O.R Tambo International Airport and boarding a connecting flight to Cape Town. Depending on current circumstances, you may meet your tour guide at Johannesburg airport and then fly together to Cape Town. Arriving in Cape Town in the afternoon, you will be greeted by your tour guide (if not already done so) who will take you to your hotel to check in. Once settled in, you will be taken on a quick tour of the scenic waterfront of Cape Town. Day 2 Full day sightseeing in Cape Town Following breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken onto a tour of the Cape Peninnsula a mountain's region located near the point where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meets. In the afternoon, the guide will drive to the Table mountain. You will visit one of the worlds seven wonders, and take s scenic walk along its peak. After, you have the option to dine at a restaurant by the hotel before heading back to the hotel.
Day 3 Full day sightseeing in Cape Town (Robben Island) After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to Cape Town s waterfront. Here we will board specialized tourist boats which will take you to the historic Robben Island Museum. A half-day tour of the island and its prison gives you a miniscule feel of the place where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for 27 years. After a long day of sightseeing and a swaying boat journey back, you will be taken to a beautiful and relaxing restaurant at the hotel before returning back for the night. Day 4 Full day sightseeing in Cape Town (Stellenbosch and Somerset West) Breakfast will be at the hotel early in the morning and then you will be taken to visit the wineries in Stellenbosch and Somerset West. This will give you an opportunity to sample some of South Africa s finest wines (and juices for the kids) as well as observe the process through which their made. As well as wine tasting, you will have the chance to walk the glorious landscapes the destination has to offer. Late evening you will head to Cape Town airport and take the direct flight to Johannesburg with your tour guide. This flight will arrive in Johannesburg at night where you will be taken to the hotel.
Day 5 Visit Sun City/Lost City and then tour the Pilanesberg Game Reserve After breakfast at the hotel, you will be heading to Sun City/ Lost City - a lavish resort offering premier hotels, attractions and hosting world-class events. From the luxurious Palace of the Lost City to the stylish Cascades and the tropical Valley of Waves. Sun City has plenty to offer. After visiting the resort, we will travel to Pilanesberg Game Reserve which is is set in the crater of an extinct volcano. Here you will have the opportunity to see South Africa s Big 5 amongst many other wildlife. After the long days drive, you will head back to the hotel. Day 6 Visit Lesedi cultural village and the Lion Park After a bite to eat in the hotel in the morning, you will be heading for a tour to Lesedi cultural village which is located in the heart of the African bushveld in the rocky hills. This heritage site gives tourists the chance to experience the true African culture and traditions. After a day at the village, the tour guide will take you to the Lion Park. This conservation park is dedicated to the Transvaal lions and allows their observation in there natural habitat. You may even be able to pet the cubs!
Day 7 Drive to the Kruger National Park, visit Sudwala caves on route The tour will be expected to start early this day as a 500km drive lays ahead. We will head down the N4 motorway to the Bush Lodge in Kruger National Park. During the journey, we will stop of at the Sudwala Caves for a couple hours to explore its hidden depths. Day 8 Explore Kruger National Park After breakfast, we will be heading into Kruger National Park. Spreading over 19,000 square kilometers, Kruger park is one of the largest game reserves on the continent. It s land inhabits all of Africa s Big-5 within its impressive 147 species. Lunch will be available in Skukuza rest camp, and then you will return to the B&B to rest. You're welcome to visit the area during the afternoon.
Day 9 Explore the Mpumalanga Province and return to Johannesburg After breakfast, you head to Mpumalanga Province to experience an array of natural, historic and cultural attractions. Mpumalanga contains many clues to the origin of the Earth, as well as humankind, boasting the oldest rock formations known to man. You ll visit the Blyde River Canyon which has been formed from the powerful separation of Antarctica and Madagascar in the prehistoric period. You will also visit a few historical landmarks including Pilgrim s Rest and natural wonders such as God s Window. Lunch can be consumed at any of these landmarks. Towards the evening, the tour guide will drive back to Johannesburg where you will stay at a hotel overnight. Day 10 Drive to Durban Breakfast will be consumed nice and early in preparation for the drive to Durban, which is approximately 650km and takes just over 6-hours to complete. Through this time you will see many amazing landscapes and any attractions/landmarks on the way. Upon arrival to Durban, dinner will be consumed either at the hotel or a nearby restaurant (your choice) before heading back for the night.
Day 11 Visit ushaka Marine World This day is dedicated to a relaxing visit of the ushaka Marine World which with a wide variety of attractions, offers something for everyone. The tour guide can leave you to spend the day visiting alone with your tours peers. Day 12 Day dedicated to relaxing at the sunny beach Tourists are able to do whatever they want on this day. It is recommended to enjoy your day on the beach in the sun but if arrangements are made, they tour guide can take you to a particular point of interest.
Day 13 Visit the Botanical gardens After breakfast the guide takes you to the Botanical Garden in Durban Central. These gardens are the oldest surviving botanical garden and public institute in Africa. After visiting the 15-hectares of beauty, vibrancies and uniqueness, the guide will prepare to return back to Johannesburg, where you will spend your last night in the country. Day 14 Last few sights and Departure After breakfast, you will be taken in the morning to visit the monumental Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton and Nelson Mandela house in Soweto. Lastly, you will get a last minute shop in the shopping centers of Johannesburg before heading to Johannesburg O.R Tambo International Airport.

Insurance & Visa Each client is advised to purchase their own insurance prior to travel. We would advice to take out health or travel insurance. Visa s are given upon arrival. British passport holders are granted a 3 month visa upon arrival to the country. This visa is free of charge. Customers of other passport nationality should research online prior to booking. Late cancellations are subject to charge. Booking & payment procedure Upon acceptance of quotation, customers are expected to complete payment for the tour within 7 days. Payments beyond this period may be subject to quotation changes. Payments should be made to below mentioned account with the customer reference number (CRN) as the payment reference. CRN will be noted on quotation document.
