The vehicle was gone on arrival. 12-1466 2215 Phone - MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT CLEAR 3 Location: [OUT] RT 101 E X KEENE/MARLBOROUGH TOWN LINE Vehicle: 2008 VS2 Owner: NASHVILLE, TN Narrative: Cheshire County got a report of a TT unit with a possible equipment malfunction. It was seen headed east from the Keene/Marlborough town line. A rear tire was thumping and possibly going flat, which the RP thought might be dangerous once the driver started going faster. Marlborough & Dublin units out of position. Vehicle was stopped just east of Elm Street. Checked the vehicle, no obvious signs of a defect that might be causing the thumping noise.
