Overview Everest panorama trekking is hiking through old friendly villages and green meadows in the backdrops of some of the most amazing sceneries on earth; this is a short moderate trek that ignites your emotional instincts for the great wildness in this part of the world. The Everest Panorama trekking is an ideal trek for those trekkers having a limited time frame for trekking holidays and still wants to get the best of Everest including many other famous mountains in the Khumbu region. The Everest panorama trek begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and starts trek through some of the best known trails in the world. You will have an overnight at Namche bazaar for acclimatization and do some hiking to Everest view hotel which also includes the visit Khumjung Village, an old village of the Khumbu region and the most inhabited. Everest panorama trekâ will bring to magnificent viewpoints of the world, renowned Kh umbu Regio, the Tengbuche, homeland of the Sherpas, known throughout the world for their climbing abilities and Everest panorama trekking is a less challenging, more relaxed journey compared to other options in the area. It is specifically planned to include all of the famous scenery from Himalayan villages with nearby monasteries to incredible mountain panoramas. We begin ourâ Everest panorama trek in Kathmandu with an exciting tour of the valley offering a glimpse of its world heritage sites and busy marketplaces, then, enjoy a brief morning flight to the starting point of our trek, Lukla, a Sherpa village in a splendid mountain setting. The trek follows a steep river valley to Namche Bazaar, the gateway of the Khumbu Region. The settlement is located in a natural amphitheater overlooking the valley with the astonishing beauty of the surrounding mountains; you will take a day of rest in Namche to get accustomed to the altitude with the chance to explore the surrounding area and villages of Kunde and Khumjung. Edmund Hillarys Himalayan Trust has set up a school and hospital in these villages. The trekking continues with awe-inspiring views of Everest and nearby peaks to the highlight of the journey, a night at the magnificent Tangboche monastery, we will relish the unforgettable views of the peaks from there for some time to come then enjoy a leisurely hike back to Namche Bazaar and Lukla for a flight to Kathmandu, we will have time to explore more of Kathmandu mysteries and search for souvenirs and gifts before being escorted to the international airport for your return flight home. Day 02 : Full day of sightseeing of Kathmandu valley (B): After having Breakfast at hotel, we will take you to our office and introduce with the guide and make balance payment then we take you for the sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple and Baudhanath Stupa, return to hotel and will have some free time to shop your trekking gear if you need. Day 03 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (B, L, D): You will have early breakfast at hotel then you drive to Kathmandu Airport for the 35 minutes scenic flight to the small mountain airport at Lukla, after reaching at Lukla our guide will introduce with the porters, then start trekking following mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi, it is easy trekking. Day 04 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (B, L, D): After having breakfast at lodge, you continue our trekking to Namche Bazaar following the

Dudh Koshi river and crossing the river many times and you enter to the park in Jorsale and you will stop there for lunch and again you continue the trekking, after few hours of walking, the Namche Bazar will appears ahead as you travel along the path surrounded by pines. Pass the plateau where the Saturday bazaar is held and enter the village. Namche Bazar (3440m) is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges and opens out only where it faces the Duch koshi Koshi. The village is a central hub of the area and food, sundry and even mountain climbing equipment may be purchased here. Day 05 : Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization (B, L, D): Namche Bazaar is tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu region and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook. It is an ideal place to spend a day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Tyangboche. For the acclimatization, you will walk up to Khhumjung village through Everest view Hotel in Syangbuche and you will see the beautiful view of the Himalayas including Mt. Everest. Khhumjung is densely populated by Sherpa community and there is an old monastery as well so, you will visit that as well then Return to Namche. Day 06 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (B, L, D): After having breakfast at lodge, you start the trekking with the ridge walk and flat level mountain path that offers an excellent panorama of Thamserku, Kantega, and Kusum Kangrib, after walking few hours on flat Zigzag, you descend to the river and arrive at Phunki Tenga then climb through Rhododendron forest to the Tyangbuche, check in to the lodge, and visit the monastery and overnight at lodge. Day 07 : Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (B, L, D): After having sunrise view of the Himalayas in the morning, you will have hot breakfast then you will start the trek and the trekking from Tyangboche is mostly downhill to the Phungitenga and some steps to the Sanasa and almost plat to Namche Bazaar. Day 08 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (B, L, D): After having breakfast at lodge, you will start the trek to Lukla and Today is the last day of your Everest Short Trek, the trekking is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs then down to the Bhote-Koshi River crossing it three times, the last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla, overnight at Lodge. Day 09 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (B): After having early breakfast at loge, you will fly from to Kathmandu then transfer to hotel and you will have free day/evening, explore yourself and overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Leisure Day in Kathmandu (B): The weather in mountain is always unpredictable so, the flight to Lukla or return may delay or cancellation due to the bad weather, so, we at Outfitter Nepal have kelp this additional day in case that happen on the days we have planned for your trek and we use this day in that case, if every things goes well then you will have free day in Kathmandu or we can instantly arrange a day tour to Bhaktapur and Patan if you are interested or any other day tours. Day 11 : Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure (B): You will be transferred to the international airport for your final departure to your loving home. Tips for the guide and staffs. Note Hotel/Accommodation on Everest panorama trek: Outfitter Nepal offers you 2/3 star standard hotel accommodation for Kathmandu (4 nights) and Lodge/Teahouse accommodation during the Everest panorama trek and the rooms are basic, normally just a bed with a pillow and blankets on the local lodge. A few have electric lights and all have a spacious dining room-lounge, we will accommodate you and group in local lodge available each day. We send a porter ahead of us to book the required number rooms for the group (rooms cannot be booked in advance in all places). Please remember that some of them are very basic and a sense of adventure is necessary while you the trek in mountain and there is 4/5 star luxury accommodation available in Kathmandu for sure so, if you wish and want to have luxury accommodation in Kathmandu, then just drop an inquiry then we will offer you them with best rate. Transport on our Everest panorama trek: We will provide private vehicles for the airport transfers and sightseeing tour Kathmandu and flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and return on our Everest Panorama trek. Electricity and Battery charge on our Everest panorama trek: There is electricity in some of the villages/places of Everest panorama trekking route, where you can re- charges your camera batteries however we always suggest you to have spare batteries as well and you will have to pay some for recharging batteries in the Himalayas. Food and drink on trek: Meals are included in our price of Everest panorama trek and meal is taken in lodges/restaurants; you will have breakfast and dinner at the lodge where you stay overnights and lunch at the lodge available along the trail, our guide will stop for lunch of lunch time and You can find a wide variety of Nepali and Western food as well as drinks (coffee, tea, milk, soft drinks, and beer) - the drinks are not included in the cost and We recommend you to bring water purification pills since you will have normal water for free, then you can use the pills and drink the water or you have options of buying bottled water or boiled water as well along the trail as they are available in each places. Luggage on Everest panorama trek: Your main luggage will be carried by porter, you simply carry a day pack with water bottle, camera, sun-screen, spare jacket, etc. - a small load that allows full enjoyment of the trek. A trek bag is ideal for your main luggage, plus a small lockable bag for travel clothes or

anything that you do not need during trek which you can leave at hotelâ s locker roo m/safe deposit box in Kathmandu for free of charge. Weight allowance at Nepalâ s dom estic airlines is 15 Kg including your hand bag so, prepare your bag accordingly and excess weight is chargeable at USD 1, which is extra from our tour cost. Group Size, guide and crew member:â We organize Everest Panorama Trek for single people to maximum 14 people or even if you have more than 14 people then we can split the group in to two or more (according to the number of trekkers) however you all can walk together and stay at same guest house and there are only different guide, and there are 1 guide up to 10 people and 2 guide for 11-14 people and a porter for each 2 trekkers. Join a fixed date group tour or private departure: The Everest Panorama Trek is available on both fixed departure and private basis. If you are looking for a group to join then please check our fixed departures dates and ask for availability or if you would like to travel independently, or with your friends, families & colleagues then you are invited to choose any date at your convenient timeframe for any number of people. Personal expenses on trek: Personal expenses depend largely on your habit and all the meals are included for the trek, You only need money for table drinks (alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages), snacks while walking (some smaller shops are available along the trail in the areas), tips, souvenirs, hot shower (available in some places), and meals ( A meal cost 5-7USD in Kathmandu) for your Kathmandu stay, entrance fees ( approx: 25USD) while your tour in Kathmandu, if you do not drink alcohol and sopping then 12-15USD per day should be enough for the hot drinks, shower and snacks on trek and Tips are appreciated by your support team after the trek. The amount depends on your budget and appreciation of their work. As a suggestion, we advise you to allocate 10-15% of the total tour cost as tips to the staff and you can do this if you feel the services have been good. Gears available in Kathmandu: It's not necessary to spend a lot of money buying equipment for the trekking in your country as Majority of these gears can be bought at reasonable rates in Kathmandu. A typical day on trek: Each morning after packing your bags and having hot breakfast at lodge, you set off on the dayâ s walk/hike/trek and after walking for 3-4 hours, you will stop for lunch at aro und midday. The afternoonâ s walk is generally shorter and usually arrives at des tination in time for afternoon tea. The remainder of the afternoon can be spent exploring

the village, doing a bit of washing or simply relaxing with a good book. On some days you will arrive at our destination by lunchtime and the entire afternoon will be free then after dinner, the evening will often be spent playing cards and reliving the dayâ s adv entures, before retiring for a well-earned sleep. Our meeting in Kathmandu: You should to pass on your International flight details to us once you confirm and book Everest Panorama Trek with us for a â œmeeting and greetingâ service at the airport on your arrival, one you pass through the Customs and come out of the Terminal building where you will see someone standing with a placard with either â Outfitter Nepalâ or your name writte n on paper then our airport representative or tour officer will greet you and transfer you to the hotel or if you have not booked your Kathmandu hotels with us and you have done it yourself and have just booked the trekking part then you should pass your hotel in Kathmandu, we fixed the date and time to meet through e mail when we communicate for the tour. Itinerary and changes on it: We have 11day itinerary for the Everest Panorama Trek that includes your arrival and departure days plus a day tour and a leisure day after the trek however if you do not want our accommodation in Kathmandu and tour and want to book your hotel yourself in Kathmandu and just want to take our trek part then we arrange the trek on that way as well, do let us know your inquiry then we will communicate and finalize the cost and itinerary and The given itinerary for the Everest Panorama Trek should be taken as a guideline only. Depending on the prevailing situation, you can modify it to some extent after consulting with your guide. However, the date of trek completion should always coincide with the original itinerary where many unforeseen events may contribute to the need for a change in itinerary. In such cases, we or our guide will suggest the best alternative similar to your original program. Insurance/Rescue/Evacuation: In case of a serious sickness or a casualty while you are on trek (which we believe will not happen) we will do everything to transfer you to the nearest hospital to save your life (this has happened to us few times) and you are entirely liable for all the expenses incurred in evacuation/rescue, so, please make sure that these expenses are covered by your insurance policy before assigning for the trek or be prepared to pay on your own after getting back to Kathmandu. In addition to, we organize extensions both within Nepal and other neighboring countries like Bhutan and Tibet of you have time and want us to arrange your extensions, you may do water rafting or a jungle safari, Pokhara tour or Lumbini Tour  in Nepal or Bhutan or Tibet tour.
