CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Cancellation notice must be received by Nippon Express Travel in writing (E-mail or Fax). There aren t any cancellation fees, but in some cases we will be obliged to charge the actual expenses incurred by certain facilities and suppliers. There will be no refund for individual s missing meals, transfers or tours. RATES All the rates are quoted per person in Japanese Yen. Rates are based on current rates including tax and service charge. These are subject to change without notice.
