Day 1 (Saturday May 11th): Moncton to Meriden, CT 6:15AM Meet in the Moncton Coliseum parking lot. The bus will leave at 6:30am sharp. We will pick up in Fredericton Blue Canoe at 8:00am. We will be travelling through New Brunswick, Maine, NH, Massachusetts with a quick stop at the New Hampshire liquor store & rest-stops and lunch along the way. Your tour director will make the time pass with games and entertainment. Arrive at your host hotel in Meriden, CT. There are restaurants and shops nearby if you would like to do some exploring. Day 2 (Sunday May 12th): Meriden, CT to Harrisonburg, VA / We will be travelling through, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania & Virginia with rest-stops and lunch along the way. Enjoy the scenery as we travel. Arrive at your host hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. This hotel has a brand new indoor pool & hot tub. Day 3 (Monday May 13th): Harrisonburg, VA to Nashville, TN / We will be travelling through Virginia and along the beautiful Jefferson and Cherokee National Forests. We will have rest-stops along the way and arrive at our host hotel in we will be heading to our destination, beautiful Nashville, TN hailed by Travel & Leisure magazine as one of the "friendliest cities in the United States" and known affectionately as "Music City USA". Nashville, TN After freshening up at the hotel, you will have a free night to do anything you would like & visit Broadway with or relax at the hotel before the Nashville touring begins.
Day 4 (Tuesday May 14th): Local Touring This morning we will be doing an amazing guided tour of Nashville. We will then head toward The Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum (1pm) to learn where "Music City" got its nickname. As the world s largest music museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame gives country music fans the ultimate experience. Then we will have a very special experience with a backstage guided tour of the Grand Ole Opry Backstage Tour (3:00pm). We will be going to see the show that made country music famous, The Grand Ole Opry LIVE performance. An American Icon and Nashville's number one attraction is known for creating one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences for audiences of all ages. It's where unforgettable moments happen every week... For over 89 years, the country's best has mesmerized audiences at this unforgettable evening performance. Sit back and enjoy the live show, you never know who may show up on stage! Day 5 (Wednesday May 15th): Local Touring This morning we will visit the George Jones Cemetery (8:30am) and after we will head for the blue bird café & for lunch at The Loretta Lynn Kitchen. (11:30am) After lunch at Loretta Lynn s kitchen, we will visit the famous Loretta Lynn Ranch (1pm). Tonight will be the last night in Nashville for those who want to stay downtown will be able explore restaurants and bars such as Legends Corner, The Stage, Tootsies and Cadillac Ranch, where admission is always free. There are also lots of unique shops to check out along this popular street. Or you will have the option to go at the mall and shop at the Opry Mills mall. The bus will do pick up at both locations at night.
Day 6 (Thursday May 16th): Nashville to Pigeon Forges, TN This morning we will be leaving at 7:45am toward Studio B. After the Studio B we will head towards Pigeon Forges where we will stay for 3 nights. Tonight, we will attend the NEW Dolly Parton s dinner/theatre show A Smoky Mountain Adventure (6pm) Day 7 (Friday May 17th): Local touring This morning we will be visiting Dollywood. Where you will be able to visit many shops, live music, crafts, Dolly s museum, tour bus & a lot more. Tonight, we will attend the Dolly Parton s dinner/theatre the famous Dixie Stampede (6pm) Day 8 (Saturday May 18th): Local Touring This morning, we will be visiting the Titanic Museum at 10am. After we will offer some free drop off and pick to different shop, malls & more to make sure you take advantage of a little free time here in Pigeon Forge. For dinner, we will attend the Hatfield & McCoy (5pm) Dinner theatre show. Tonight, we will be attending the Smoky Mountain Opry (8pm) Day 9 (Sunday - May 19th): Pigeon Forges to Harrisonburg, VA / Enjoy breakfast and meet with your tour director to check out of our hotel & visit the Great Smoky Mountain for a few hours. You will also have to option to sleep in. After we will be travelling to Harrisonburg, VA. With rest-stops and lunch along the way. Enjoy the scenery as we travel. Arrive at your host hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. Tonight we will relax at the hotel. They also have a brand new indoor pool & hot tub.
Day 10 (Monday May 20th): Harrisonburg, VA to Uncasville, CT / Enjoy breakfast and meet with your Tour Director to check out of our hotel. Today we will be travelling to Uncasville, CT. We will pass through Virginia, Pennsylvania. Arrive at your host hotel in Uncasville, CT. Day 11 (Tuesday May 21st): Uncasville, CT to Moncton, NB Enjoy breakfast and check out of your hotel. Meet with your tour director and get ready for the final journey home. We will be stopping for lunch and to stretch your legs. We will be passing through Maine & stop at the duty free shop. Arrive home and say goodbye to your driver and tour director. You will leave us with unforgettable memories of your Nashville Dollywood Country Dream Tour 2019. Things to remember 1.
