Presidents Report Well it has been a busy year including today being the 100 th year of the landing on Gallipoli shores. The year has brought the RDHA into a very good financial position. Good enough that we have spent $1700.00 on new merchandise which we will retrieve in sales. There has been a few invitations sent out to various events throughout the past year and I wish to thank all those members that come along in support. Page 4 of 7 Secretary s Report NIL Treasurer s Report RAAF DOG HANDLER'S ASSOCIATION FINANCIALREPORT FROM APRIL 1212 TO APRIL 2013 We end the year with $2,101.34 in RAAF DOG HANDLES ASSOCIATION (RDHA) this account is set so members can go to any Westpac bank and deposit there Subs straight into the RDHA Account your deposit slip is your receipt this will show up on the RDHA statements as a record of being paid. We had a lot of movement into and out of the Bank Account over the last 12 months as we do every year some are mentioned as merchandise was $1,700.00 this was our largest out lay in two years. If you have any queries or wish to check to RDHA Accounts Book then please see me and your wish will be granted. It has been a pleasure to be part of this Committee over the last two years. Our President, Ray Thomas had an outstanding year going to meetings organizing Plagues and just putting the RDHA on the map also contacting Ex Doggies and new MWDS to encouraged them to join the RDHA this has made your Association known to more organisations than before at this time I would like to thank Ray for a great job. ANZAC Day March 2016 It is proposed that the ANZAC Day march by the RDHA members be held in an alternative city next year to allow interstate members to attend and join in on the activities due to the cost of airfares and

Page 6 of 7 accommodation. Proposed cities are either Adelaide, South Australia or Townsville, Queensland. The discussion is open to the floor. John O Loughlin also suggested we include Palm Beach/Currumbin on the Gold Coast. The number of members from each selected area are as follows: Adelaide, South Australia 16 Townsville, North Queensland 18 (Rocky to Cairns) Palm Beach/Currumbin, Queensland 6 It was decided to survey the184 members for their opinion on where the RDHA ANZAC Day march to be in 2016 and to gather who would be able to coordinate/assist the proceedings from the areas selected. Moved: Denis Lewis Seconded: Jock Girvin that a survey be conducted prior to selecting a city for the RDHA to march on ANZAC Day 2016 be accepted. Item 3. ANZAC Day Raffle The ANZAC Day raffle will now be drawn. There is also a second prise of a 100 th Gallipoli Bar Runner valued at $20 donated by Ray Thomas. The winner of the ANZAC Day Poster is: Carol The winner of the 100 th Gallipoli Bar Runner is: Colleen Jones Moved: Jock Girvin Seconded: Jack Willmott that the winner of each prize be accepted. Item 4. RDHA A5 Pamphlets Proposed by Kim Hodges that the RDHA design and have made through the Local Members Office A5 pamphlets about the RDHA to be distributed to Basic Course members on the benefits of joining the RDHA and for distribution to the public when on monuments unveilings. The cost of the pamphlets would be free to manufacture by the Local Members Office. Moved: Kim Hodges Seconded: Ted Tooth that Kim Hodges look into the A5 pamphlets and if viable, have a certain number made for distribution be accepted. Item 5. Donation Jack Willmott announced that Garth Delbridge has kindly donated $1,000 to the RAAF Dog Handlers Association. Garth is a Life Member of the RDHA and is the owner of the Toowoomba Saddlery. The President and all members would like to thank Garth for his very kind donation.
