Air Connectivity Enhanced international and regional air connections will turn Ghana into one of the most important aviation hubs in West Africa According to CAPA centre for aviation studies Accra will become one of the airline megacity by 2030 capacity to handle over 1 million population/anum Tamale complementary international airport to KIA with cargo capacity including cold stores and a maintenance centre for regional aircrafts. Identify location as part of the Tamale Master Plan 2. Land consolidation plan for the Tamale Airport City and Industries 3. Project planning & 1 st phase project packaging 4. Bolgatanga Dry-Port, logistic & FTZ Project Description: To develop new dry port, Logistic and Free Trade Zone to serve Burkina Faso market Project Data: Site area: 400 ha To include Logistic park Industries Hotel, commercial services Action Plan: 1. Consider its adoption and integration into the National Master Plan 2. Carry out feasibility study & formulate development model 3. Project planning & land consolidation 4. Kintampo/Wa Industrial Parks Project Description: To develop new agro- Processing to add value to the abundant agro-products in the vicinity. To accommodate the growing demand of General & services industries Project Data: Site area: 200 ha Project time frame: 10 yrs Action Plan: 1. Identify site as part of the Kintampo/Wa City Master Plan 2. Explore partnership for industrial park development

Dambai Aquaculture Centre Project Description: To develop a model and Integrated complex of Aquaculture R&D, fish hatchery/ fish farm and fish Processing facilities Project Data: Site area: 100 ha (partially occupying river areas) Project time frame: 5 yrs Action Plan: 1. Prepare feasibility study and formulate development model 2. Identify site as part of Dambai city master plan 3. Explore project partnership

Centre of Excellence TVET Tamale, Wulugu Project Description: To develop a model TVET & polytechnic that will eventually be replicated to other towns within the zone Project Data: Site area: 5 ha (TVET) 10 ha (Polytechnic) Project time frame: 5 yrs Action Plan: 1. Discussion with Educational advisories 2. Initiate cooperation with TVET/Polytechnic from develop countries 3. Identify site and explore project partnership in the implementation
