Night time riding: after dark the club speed limit drops to 10 mph. We require that you always ride with a partner at night. We recommend that you say off all Blue / Black or Black trails at night because the difficulty is dramatically increased after dark. Absolutely no riding in or around saw grass areas after dark. Absolutely no spot lighting from vehicles at night unless you are on a guided tour with a STAFF MEMBER. The front field by showers, skeet range, & wash station will be the only place that camping sites cost extra and you will need to register at the main office. They will be 1 st come 1 st serve.

Lake Mitigation Area: Around the lake where the beach is located there is a mitigation area. Absolutely NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES what so ever is allowed to enter this area, which will be clearly marked; furthermore no motorized vehicle is to enter the lake or allowed on the beach! Some of our roads are only wide enough for one vehicle. To pass someone you will need to pull over. The LARGER vehicle always has the right of way especially if it is pulling a trailer. Members are solely responsible for their guest. WILDLIFE: Under no circumstance is anyone allowed to feed, spook, kill, or in any way mess with any of the wildlife on the property this includes snakes. TREES: This is a working timber ranch so under no circumstance shall anyone run over trees; also extreme care will be taken by everyone to not bump, scar, or damage any trees on site, this includes nails or scraping of bark. All members shall have their card on them at all times when on property (including children). All guests shall have wrist bands on. Failure to have proper ID when asked by staff will result in being escorted off property. SMALL pets are allowed less than 60 pounds on a lease. Any dogs that are aggressive, overly protective or bark excessively are not allowed. MUD PITS: All mud pits are NOT free of stumps and debris so always use caution. ATV AREA ATV s are not to enter dirt bike, mountain bike, or paint ball areas, except on main roads; however, the mud truck / swamp buggy area is to be shared as long as the rider has a 6 high florissant orange or red flag on the back of bike (must be able to be seen at night). MUD PIT AREA: These are large areas that have been mostly opened up. Be advised that there are stumps and debris in these areas so if you are not following a trail go slow and be cautious. The ATV and dirt bike area are separated by a main road called The Syrup Barrel Road. The ATV and swamp buggy area are separated by Chaffe s Road. Always ride with a friend or follow a group especially at night. All children under age 16 must where a helmet at all times. All roads and fields that you ride on are used for sod farming, timber, ranching, and many other agricultural uses during the week. Please take care not to spin them up or create ruts in them. Always maintain a safe operating speed as there are lots of blind curves on property and someone may come from the opposite direction. Your staging / camping area is the 2 nd large field on your left once you enter property. This is called the Horseshoe Field. This connects the Main Road to the Syrup Barrel Road it features a pavilion, a water hole for snorkeled bikes, the pee- wee area, and large fire pit. Follow all directional arrows and road signage at all times. DIRT BIKE AREA Your staging / camping area is the 1 st field on your left, called Old Farm Field it features a pavilion, pee- wee area, viewing area for an adjacent mud pit and large fire pit.

All trails are one way so pay close attention to all signage. Most all trails have a U- turn at the end so be cautious of your speed at all times. Dirt bikes are not to enter ATV, mountain bike, or paint ball area, except on main roads; however the mud truck / swamp buggy area is to be shared as long as the rider has a 6 high florissant orange or red flag (must be able to be seen at night). Should you decide to trial ride other areas you must stay 15 mph or under, at no time shall you open it up or use the power band anywhere except in dirt bike areas. All riders should where appropriate safety gear at all times. All riders under 16 years of age must where appropriate helmets and safety gear at all times. Remember someone may break down in front of you so always use the upmost care and slowdown when coming up on a blind curve or U- turn. All trails are mowed through existing vegetation and have natural woods all around. This being said always make your 1 st run of the day slowly and cautiously to check for fallen trees, stumps, and other naturally occurring obstacles. The U- turns at the south end of the course have a property line fence that runs east to west, the whole length of course, so be sure to slow down and compensate for this SHARP U- turn. SWAMP BUGGY / MUD TRUCK / JEEP AREAS Do not spin up or rut up the main roads or staging fields. These areas have agricultural business operations on them all week and this could hinder production. Always operate trucks and swamp buggy slowly enough to see other forms of equipment (i.e. ATV, dirt bikes, golf carts, ). Always travel with groups or a partner as the club does not have towing service. Your staging / camping area is located on Chaffe s Road near the oak hammock and saw grass marsh. This area will have a fire pit, portable toilets, pavilion, and viewing area for saw grass trails. Additional camping areas will be located near the 21 and up area and in the Back 40 area near the swamp buggy trails area of the map. There are many blind curves on the road leading to the back and may areas with a steep ditch on both sides of road so we ask that no large trailers be taken past the oak hammock, unload at the 1st staging area. No one will be allowed in or around saw grass area at night, this is to protect the wildlife and you. The only high speed mudding area will be located in the mud pit / rock crawl area located off of the main road. The rest is trail riding and should be 15 mph or less. Clear line of sight shall be maintained at all times, this includes front, rear, and side windows. If they are covered in mud STOP and clean them off. Absolutely no spot lighting is allowed unless you are on a guided tour with a STAFF MEMBER.

All swamp buggy s must have a railing around the perimeter of the deck. Trucks must have doors and beds in order to have passengers in the cab or in the back, if it is a flatbed it must have a railing of some sort to allow passengers. LAKE AREA The lake has wildlife mitigation area around ¾ of it, absolutely no motorized equipment is allowed in this area! No motorized equipment is allowed on the beach area or in the lake itself. There is NO life guard on duty at the lake at any time, swim at your own risk. Absolutely no swimming after dark, this is when alligators are most active! All children that are in diapers must have a clean diaper on and one that is designed for swimming. This is so that a cholorophorm bacteria does not pollute the lake. This is required by Flagler County Health Department. No glass bottles allowed in or around the lake. Cans and plastic cups are acceptable. Always dispose of the trash in trash cans provided, this includes cigarette butts. Be mindful that this is a natural lake with all sorts of wildlife in it. Do not feed the wildlife you might end up the next meal! FISHING Catch and release fishing is always allowed. Members may keep 1 catfish or 1 tilapia or 4 bream or 3 specks per day. Bass must always be released. The idea is to catch dinner and not fill the freezer. 21 AND UP AREA SAW GRASS ISLAND Absolutely NO one under 21 is allowed in this area EVER. This area is located near the back, off of Chaffe s Road on the north side and it will be clearly marked. SHOWER AREA You must always wash off all thick mud in outdoor shower before entering the shower building. Do your best to leave the showers and sinks the way you found them, or better, so the next person has a nice, clean, hot shower like you did. Outdoor showers are available to hose all the mud off first. SKEET AREA There will be 3 skeet stations, if there is a line do not use the station longer than 10 minutes then allow other members to use.

Do not load your gun until on the platform. Always keep your gun on safety when not shooting. Do not point near or at anyone, ALWAYS point at ground unless shooting. Only use bird or varmint shot, NEVER have buckshot on property. Always unload your gun before leaving the shooting platform. Anyone caught breaking any of these rules or doing anything deemed unsafe by any STAFF MEMBER will lose their gun privileges on property and could lose their membership on the spot. Should you be caught breaking the club rules you could be fined, your membership suspended or canceled with no refund. Being a member of this club is a privilege not a right so treat the property and other members with respect! Bad attitudes and rule breaking will not be tolerated! FCR AMMENDUM 1 Must stop at the sign in gate show ID for each person in vehicle, have guest sign waiver and pay guest fee. Founders camping area do not use lime rock as it changes the soil ph. NO mudding in ditches on side of any roads. Trails close at 10 pm, Roads close at 1 am, and back mud holes close at dust. Sundays trail riding ends at 4 pm, roads until 5:30 pm, and out of gate by 6 pm as gate closes at 6 pm. Date: MEMBER SIGNATURE Date: MEMBER SIGNATURE
