Convention Chair Stephanie Kegley and her Crew have lined up some excellent programs and events and we want to give you as many details as possible so you can start making plans to join us. But don t delay, we have a limited number of cabins reserved! All cabins will be reserved on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. A $500 deposit per cabin is due before December 10, 2017. Additional cabins may be reserved based on availability and at prevailing rates. All unreserved rooms will be dropped on December 10, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS. Full Payment is due February 10, 2018. For more information https://www.carnival.com/about-carnival/vacationprotection.aspx Required Identification U.S. Citizens taking this are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Canadian and Bermudian citizens are required to have a passport for air, land and sea travel, including all Carnival cruises. Although a passport is not required for U.S. Citizens taking this cruise, we strongly recommend all guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel). Having a passport will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in the event they miss their scheduled embarkation or to fly back to the U.S. if they need to disembark the ship mid-cruise due to an emergency. Dining Assigned seating meals are served in the formal dining room at 8:15 pm. Alternatively, Your Time Dining allows you to dine at your leisure in the Buffet Dining Room anytime between the hours of 5:45pm and 9:30pm. Guests are seated on a first come, first served basis. DRESS CODE in the formal dining room is business attire (No Jeans and No Shorts). One night will be formal dress (Men: suit & tie or tux - Women: cocktail, long dresses or dressy evening separates. Shore Excursions Shore excursions can only be purchased online prior to the cruise or once on board. One of the major advantages of participating in shore excursions sold through Carnival is that they closely monitor the excursion departures and returns. Therefore, they can assure you that even if there are unexpected delays on an excursion, your ship will be there when you return. Please be aware that if you make your own arrangements, or leave an organized excursion, you will be on your own and it will be up to you to make sure you return to your ship on time.
