The organizing committee will then warmly invite buyers from home and abroad to visit the 4th Expo while they are visiting the Shanghai World Expo. When the Application Form is submitted by a registered exhibitor from abroad, 1
the organizing committee may upload its relevant information including enterprise general profile, exhibits introduction etc. onto the official website of Expo (www.shanghai -fair.org) for potential buyers to exhibitors. After the 4-day exhibition, those overseas exhibitors of the 4th Shanghai Imports Expo 2010 could move into Chinese International Commodity Center located at Shanghai Pudong Waigaoqiao Bonded Area for additional 90-day bonded display free of charge. This will increase more commercial opportunities for our overseas exhibitors without extra cost. In the 3 rd Expo, we served a lot of customers, and now we are in further negotiation, we expect our product to enter the market within this year. Activities after Expo The organizing committee of Shanghai Imports Expo consigned Shanghai Ryb International Trading Co., Ltd to launch direct sales activity (F to C) after the exhibition, this activity was the new marketing promotion pattern in 3 rd Shanghai Imports Expo. The organizing committee joined hands with overseas exhibitors and domestic companies to provide exhibitors with a brand new promotion platform, that is exhibitors are allowed to put their products into supermarkets for trial sales directly after they participated in the 4-day professional Expo and trading activities, that will allow the manufactures to meet with consumers directly, and allow foreign manufacturers and dealers to enter 9
domestic market on the basis of the exhibition and to do deep searching and survey on the market. This after-expo activity was trial sales for exhibited Japanese products, it was carried out in Shanghai Bailian Zhonghuan Commerce Plaza and gained Japanese exhibitors welcome and affirmation. The Japanese exhibitors hoped continuous cooperation and exploration in future, and required enlarging the scope of experiment.
