All excursions include return transfers to and from the International Convention Centre unless otherwise stated For any excursions that are fully booked a waitlist will be in operation The excursion booking form will close by 2 October 2017 Payment policy Full payment of the excursion will be required at time of booking All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) Payment can be made via the online registration form. Payment methods and any fees incurred are detailed on the booking form Cancellation policy Cancellations made 30 days prior to excursion departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 45 days prior to excursion departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee All excursions have a minimum number required for the excursion to proceed. If cancellation of the excursion occurs due to minimum numbers not being reached MCI will endeavour to find an excursion that is similar or a full refund will be provided.
