Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check (payable to Indy Parks), Visa, MasterCard, American Express/Discover. To secure your camper s spot, you must complete all registration forms and pay a $15 non-refundable registration fee per registered week per child at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be due by 6 p.m. on Wednesday before the week of camp begins. Failure to meet the Wednesday payment deadline will result in your child s name being removed from the registration list. *Some specialty camps require payment in full at registration. Day Camp Refund Policy Indy Parks will issue a full refund if the camp is cancelled. If a camper is withdrawn from a camp at Garfield Arts Camp, Southeastway, Eagle Creek, or Holliday notice must be received two weeks prior to the first day of camp. A refund will be given minus $15.00. The $15 fee is not refundable or transferable. If the camper is withdrawn less than two weeks prior to first day of camp the refund will be 50%. If a camper is withdrawn from a traditional camp or GATHER a refund will be given minus $15. The $15 fee is not transferable or refundable. If a camper has to transfer to another week of camp, there will be a $15.00 per camper, per camper for all camps. 21.. If a medical emergency occurs after the two-week deadline. A refund minus the $15 fee will be issued. A written note is required from a physician for medical emergencies. All refunds could take up to six weeks. Counselors All Indy Parks Day Camp Counselors have received more than 30 hours of camp programming training prior to camp, and are over the age of 16. All counselors are certified in CPR and First Aid, and have been screened through a complete background and criminal history check. All staff have been selected for their experience, special talents, sensitivity, and creativity.

ARTS GARFIELD PARK ARTS CENTER Camp CLAY (Ages 9-13) Get ready to play with mud during this week of clay hand building projects. Learn various techniques for creating pottery, sculptures, masks, and more! Work with an artist instructor to learn more about the art of clay hand building to create one-of-a-kind projects. In addition, the session ends with an art exhibit that friends and family are welcome to come and enjoy! Our trained and qualified staff will provide a fun, safe, quality experience for each camper.
