Caller stated that she was northbound on Hancock road and the other vehicle was coming southbound and drove right into her Lane. She stated that the vehicle was all over the road. She followed the vehicle all the way to the parking lot of Monadnock Community Hospital. Found subject in his vehicle (vehicle still running). Saw signs of impairment and subject voluntarily did field sobriety tests and failed. He was transported to the Peterborough Police Station, where he was booked and released on $1,000 PR bail with a court date of April 30, 2012 in the 8 th Circuit Court Jaffrey. They were positive that it was from the gun club in Peterborough. Police advised the staff at the gun club that the new berm should be built up more before continued firing. They said that they would look into it. She stated that the dog came from Shieling Forest and was not on a leash. The owner of the dog arrived to get the dog and left in a vehicle with MA plates. She just wanted us aware as this has happened before from people walking their dogs at that facility. No injury and nobody was bitten.
