I am writing to express my interest in joining Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts Management Trainee Programme. Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts is known for providing naturally-luxurious, ecological, culturesensitive experiences for the discerning, responsible traveler. During my four-year bachelor program, I had the opportunity to study, work and live in contrasting countries. These experiences have shaped and built my ability to easily adapt to new situations and to work with people from different walks of life. I undertook my last internship at Marriott International, Inc. in Hong Kong, as a corporate sales and marketing intern for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Resorts, Asia Pacific. I had the opportunity to learn how to interpret public relation, social media and marketing activities from a corporate point of view. I am most confident with overseeing social media communication and creating field marketing templates. During my operational internship in Jamaica. I learned to create lasting vacation memories for the guests in the resort and experienced the specialty linked to working in a remote location. Finally, I was part of a junior consultancy team; we created the foundations of a F&B Cost Controlling Software. This experience helped me to adapt the agile working method to improve customer satisfaction; and it gave me an in-depth understanding of the operational and administrative processes in a restaurant or café. My surrounding describes me as a creative and dynamic team player.
