100% RECYCLED + 100% RECYCLABLE All Loll outdoor furniture is made with recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), one of the most commonly used plastics in the U.S. The material is sourced primarily from single-use milk jug containers. Additionally more than 95 percent of the waste from Loll s manufacturing process is sent to a local recycling plant where it is recycled again. From the HDPE plastic to the aluminum inserts and stainless steel fasteners, Loll furniture is all recyclable. MADE IN THE USA Our design and manufacturing facility is located in Duluth, Minnesota, near the shore of Lake Superior. We provide high quality jobs for more than 70 hard working employees. In addition, nearly all product materials and packaging are made and sourced in the USA. What does it mean to be a sustainable manufacturing company? Sustainable manufacturing is at the core of who we are as a company. During the production process, we generate waste, but more than 88 percent of the waste from Loll s manufacturing process is sent to a local recycling plant where it is recycled again. The remainder is incinerated to make electricity. Additionally, we redirect the heat that is generated from our CNC machines to keep our buildings warm during the winter months. We ve also worked to package our products in materials that can all be recycled afterwards and pushed our suppliers to do the same. Striving towards zero waste has created recycling programs for anything that can be recycled, and also spurred a food composting program. It s impossible not to leave an environmental footprint and we do all that we can to mitigate it.
