FROM MAY TO OCTOBER BALEARIC ISLANDS Every year the Balearic Islands attract millions of tourists. Clovis offers you its own way of living a different holiday here: a relaxing and "balanced" journey, right in the world capital of fun and excess. You go to the rediscovery of the Balearics navigating through different destinations to give a new and 360 look at this beautiful archipelago. The Balearics enjoy a sunny and mild climate all year round and represent a very rare "mix": Menorca, the wildest; Majorca, the biggest and most urban; Ibiza, fun and worldly; Formentera, relaxing and uncontaminated. What is surprising about them is that they have all maintained, despite tourism, a certain integrity. In addition to the bars, beaches and non-stop entertainment and nightlife, there are many nature reserves, fishing villages, beautiful rural paths and expanses of orange groves and olive groves. Climate and temperatures The climate of the Balearics is typically Mediterranean: temperate and pleasant. On these islands, in fact, the plants of the olive tree, the fig tree, the vine and the almond tree are cultivated alongside the production of cereals. Rainfall: 370-600mm (concentrated in autumn and winter) Minimum summer temperatures: +20 and + 22 C Maximum summer temperatures: + 30 C Airports Ibiza Airport (IBZ) Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) Mahon Airport (MAH), Menorca Ports Ibiza - Marina Botafoch Marina of Formentera Port of Palma de Mallorca ES VEDRÀ - IBIZA
PART 1 IBIZA CALA TARIDA ES VEDRÀ Ibiza The itinerary starts from Ibiza, the capital of nightlife with its world famous nightclubs and bars. Clovis starts sailing to Playa de Ses Salines, after boarding the Marina Botafoch or Cala Talamanca. White beaches, beautiful coves with the characteristic chiringuitos always open and night life have always characterized this part of the island. Es Vedrà Opposite Atlantis stands a majestic rock, flanked by a smaller one, which seems to have been placed gently on the sea: it is Es Vedrà, an uninhabited island and part of the natural reserve of Cala d'hort. Legend has it that these are the remains of the mythical Atlantis or the island of the Sirens of Homeric Memory. Here the night is spent in the sea, protected by the bay of Port Brut or in front of Cala Vedella or Cala Tarida. SA CONILLERA CITY CENTER Sa Conillera Sa Conillera, a whale-shaped island, is the largest of Ibiza and shares a particular astrological phenomenon with Easter Island: it is the only place in the northern hemisphere where a complete astral conjunction is observed. To visit the white beaches of Cala Roja, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. A few miles of navigation, however, you can reach Sant Antoni to enjoy the night life, some interesting excursions on land and spectacular sunsets.
CALA SAONA ESPALMADOR PART 2 FORMENTERA Platja de Ses Illetes and Espalmador To the north of Formentera you can quickly reach Platja de Ses Illetes and Espalmador, a suggestive strip of sand that divides the two seas: to the east, darker and more agitated, and to the west, more sheltered and with characteristic crystalline waters. Cala Saona and Playa de Migjorn Sailing south and along Formentera, you first discover Cala Saona, surrounded by an enchanting wooded area of pines and characterized by a magical contrast between the rocks and the color of the water, and then Platja de Migjorn, the largest beach in the whole island, extended for 6 km between the two extremes Cap de Barbaria and Faro de La Mola. Es Pujols Last stop is the famous Es Pujols, center of the life of Formentera. It is located in the north of the island, next to the Estany Pudent lake, a beautiful nature reserve. Once it was a fishing village that, thanks to tourism, has grown quickly becoming an important center for travelers with residences, hotels, restaurants and bars for every need and desire of visitors.
